And NO, I'm not a paid actor or spokesperson! LOL hahahaha They literally replaced the windshield on my 2022 Explorer last week at half the price of AAA ($1,195) and 2/3's of Safelite ($895). Just a happy customer.

Sales Rep Riqui Dockery was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable and put my needs and wallet first! I was very pleased with the company. I called for an appointment and was given one two days after my call. I spoke with Andrea also known as Andie, Who answered my questions, and my concerns in a professional manner. Luis Pac. was the tech who installed my windshield. He was very professional, and answered my questions while he replaced my windshield. Both were understanding of my concerns, and were courteous and polite. Pricing was good and the installation came with a warranty on workmanship and the windshield. Did not use car insurance for the windshield replacement.

This company is amazing. The scheduling was super easy and the rep was very kind and made the process go smoothly. The tech was able to get to my car done before the timeframe they even gave me which i loved. I will definitely be using them again

I rent my vehicle out to different guests throughout the month. One of the guests reported a small crack on the windshield early one day. When I picked up the vehicle at the end of her trip, the crack had grown at an alarming rate. The crack was longer than a sheet of paper and was rapidly growing because of the Arizona heat. I had one day to get the windshield repaired before my next rental. I had to get it fixed asap! After a few failed attempts to get scheduled same day with other glass companies, I finally found agent Stephanie and SafePro! Stephanie got me in the same day just a few hours after calling. The service I received from Safepro was top notch. From the scheduling to installation, everything was even more than I could have asked for. My schedule is tricky and they stuck with me to find the perfect time to have my replacement completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Spectacular. The agent that called me was very helpful in getting an appointment set up and the installer arrived before the window I was given and finished both jobs in less than 30 min.

I got a quote 6 months ago from Derek, he was so helpful and informative that I saved his detailed quote. When I had saved up the cost for my windshield replacement, I called Derek. He gave me a current, fantastic bid and when i liked it, Derek set me up with an appointment for the next day. The installer was great and before I knew it, my glass was replaced. It was an excellent experience. I will use them again.

Repair was done over a month ago on my daughters car prior to her going back to college in CA. On the way back the front driver side molding flew off. I have spoken to the warranty department twice with nothing but empty promises on having it fixed. The molding clips were clearly broken on the reinstall. Not impressed they even had to ask for the contact phone number again on my third call back. Would not recommend!

The representative that I worked with, Stephanie Nieva, was very professional, kind, prompt, and pleasant to work with. The gentleman that came out to actually replace my windshield was also very professional, and mindful of my time at work, finishing his job quickly but completely. I will absolutely use this company again and will happily refer my friends and family.

Safe pro is by far my favorite auto glass company to go to. All of the employees are wonderful but especially Stephanie. She is a gem to chat with and is always so helpful and kind. Replacing a windshield is never fun but you get treated like family at Safe Pro.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the service that I received from this company deserves an exceptional review. From the beginning to the very end, my customer experience was 6/5 stars. I filled out the contact form on their website and heard back from their sales representative Doug Blaser within 10 minutes, if that. He was incredibly nice, professional, funny, and I enjoyed talking to him. Prior to contacting Safe Pro Auto Glass, I reached out to Safelite and a couple of other windshield replacement companies. Safelite quoted me $450 just for the glass alone. Pinnacle/Safe Pro Auto Glass quoted me HALF that for the glass, installation, lifetime warranty, AND they came out to replace my glass while I was working. The technician that came out was Devin and he was so incredibly nice and professional as well. He texted me 30 minutes out that he was on his way. He replaced both my girlfriend and I's windshields in under an hour. The service that I received was top notch and I have already told a handful of my friends/family members to use them in the future. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
