Huge thanks to Pro Skill and technician Karl Palmer for the great repair work completed today on my HVAC unit. Karl kept me up to date and we reviewed the entire project when completed. Karl, together with the office staff and AC dept at Pro Skill remedied an issue that was 4 years old. Thanks again.

Scheduled ProSkill to come out and fix a broken pipe and add a new hose bib to our outside line. I explained all this to the girl in the office. None of the information I provided was given to the technician coming to the house so the technician (Cody Fogo) arrived with no information, no materials or proper tools to complete the job. He was rude and very unknowledgeable.

Its so far so good, the install went very well, and they have done good work so far.

They did not charge me anything for the information for what kind of toilet to put in, they were efficient, they stuck with their quoted price and they recommended somebody local for my project.

They showed up at the scheduled time and the drain was cleared in one hour.

Our AC suddenly stopped working on a Thursday afternoon. We called ProSkill and we were able to get an appointment for Saturday. They did call and move the appointment earlier on Saturday due to a cancellation. The technician came and figured the problem out (short in the air handler motor) and since we had a Lennox system, the motor had to be ordered from a warehouse on Monday. We were supposed to receive a call on Monday morning for follow-up, but we did not. We then called later on Monday and we weren't able to get a straight answer on whether the motor had been picked up and when the technician might be able to come back. It took several calls to their call center through Tuesday afternoon in order to get a straight answer. We finally were able to get the new motor installed on a Wednesday, almost a week later. While I would use ProSkill for scheduled maintenance (we liked the technician), I think we would probably use a different company for a Lennox unit that is broken during the summer in Phoenix.

AS always, the team was great. From scheduling to communications to the installation. Everything went smoothly. Having a second unit installed for another part of the house.

Extremely pleased with ProSkill! From start to finish the entire team was pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. We decided to get two new AC/furnaces, never felt pressured, every aspect from the order to install was explained and there was great communication. The quote was emailed and reviewed all fees explained and detailed, even came in less at completion than original price. My husband was home the day of install and was texting me how impressed he was with the team's professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. I have used this vendor for a variety of plumbing work from toilets to RO systems. Proskill is courteous, knowledgable and priced fair. They do a lot of little extras that don't show up on the invoice and guarantee all of their work 100% whether something breaks again the next day or the next year. Well, A/C is 10 years old, they did an inspection and evaluation. The capacitor was in need of replacement and was probably costing us in higher electric bills. Also they installed a programmable thermostat for us. We were very pleased.

Experience was great, we just needed a checkup but received a great assessment on the condition. We also had a programmable thermostat for the large unit and replaced the capacitor. Would defiantly use the service again and recommend. It would be nice to drop the $40 service charged for going to Black Canyon City. We were informed of the surcharge when scheduling and I know your company must keep a service area but we are just 10 miles north of Anthem. Regardless we would still use your services in the future. During the. service we were informed of the capacitor on the larger unit,they also installed a programmable thermostat system for that same unit. Helen Graham

Proskill did an excellent job. Service and tech were excellent.

Our air conditioning went out and it was very hot. They were backed up and they actually came out and gave us a portable system to use until they could get back to install the new unit. They are very nice. The owner followed up after the install to be sure the workers were good and cleaned up behind themselves. They were cheaper then other places that we had looked at. They were very, very good.

They send out a nice little post card every 6 months to remind us to call to set up for them to come out for the maintenance check.

It went excellently. He was very thorough and helpful.

Doug - the service agent who came out - was professional, courteous and very engaging. He offered options and recommendations and then executed the choice. Definitely recommend their services.

Our upstairs air conditioning system failed just as we experienced record heat, near Phoenix, in June! We've had good experiences with ProSkill in the past so I called them first. As you might imagine, everyone's A/C was having trouble in the extreme heat; ProSkill was booked solid. However they understood our emergency and managed to get a service technician to our home later in the same day that I called. Jake was polite, professional and went right to work. Lucky for us he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem; a faulty capacitor which was an inexpensive, quick fix. A less scrupulous operator could have taken advantage of us but not ProSkill! The total bill was only $165! When the time comes to replace our aging system, I will call ProSkill again.

I would highly recommend ProSkill to anyone looking to replace/repair A/C units. The owners came out to give me the estimate and also oversaw the job that took a few days. The workers were extremely professional and showed up on time everyday. They are not the cheapest company but I wasn't shopping for cheap. I was shopping for quality and excellent customer service and that is EXACTLY what I got. I even went up onto the roof after the job was done and it was spotless. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality and excellent customer service!

Our AC unit was working properly and he found the cause and repaired it promptly.

Proskill was willing to come install the new water softener while I was at work so I didn't have to take off any time. I gave them access to the garage. A few weeks later I had a question about the salt tank & they said they'd come out and take a look. The plumber that came was very nice, explained how the salt tank worked & that it was normal what it was doing. I apologized for having them come out & he said no problem and that's why I chose them - to be of service. Proskill did not charge me any thing. They are a great company. I highly recommend them. They are reasonable on their prices, prompt, courteous, very professional. They don't oversell their services. I will definitely use them again

A blocked condensation drain line from our air handler unit in the attic resulted in a water backup, overflow and ultimately a wet spot in our ceiling drywall. My wife saw an advertisement, for ProSkill, in our local paper. I checked them out on Angie's List and found they were "A" rated so I gave them a call. Their service technician, Keith, quickly found the cause of the problem along with a couple of other issues. He clearly explained each problem and outlined a range of possible solutions. He then went about the task of completing the repairs; on time and on budget. What more could I ask for!? I highly recommend ProSkill! After a couple of recent, bad experiences with A/C repair contractors, it is wonderful to find someone who knows what they are doing!

ProSkill was great to work with. They helped me find and purchase our new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser-and of course they did the installation. They also installed a new R O system for us at the same time. The technician was prompt, courteous, and pleasant and seemed to be well trained-he did everything beautifully. I appreciate Garrett's help in coordinating things and getting things done sooner than he originally thought was possible since we had no water at our kitchen sink we could get to with our old faucet broken. We will definitely use them again if we have a plumbing need!
