"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"Antelope springs basically took on the job of finishing my house. All the guys that came to my house, including sub contractors were awesome and professional. I am very picky so I do see things that weren't completed the way I would (paint). However every time I asked for something they bent over backwards to make it happen. This was a difficult remodel because we were living in the house while even the walls had to be installed. They worked around us and were very patient when we were in the way or had family here. John, Curtis, Robin and yes Larry too :) were just great to work with. Thank you Paul for everything you have helped me with too."

"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. Non better to do business with!"

"I was so happy to find Sierra and Gary (Country Carpenter). A great husband and wife team that were amazing. They showed up on time, prepared with their tools and ready to work. They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We were very pleased with how they all turned out. They were sure to understand exactly what we needed and where to place everything. They made some suggestions on the installations to ensure we had what was needed for the dogs and functionality. They were genuinely concerned for what would be best for the dogs.
