- ACTION Termite & Pest ControlI was unable to use the deal, however the company was fine I was just not going to be available to have the work done due to medical issues. They were helpful, it was just my inability to be available for them.
- ACTION Termite & Pest ControlI haven’t seen any termites as far as I can tell. I assume it works, I'll find out over the coming years. It was good. The guy did what he needed to do. He told me where he had to drill a hole and all is fine. He differentiated between termite sites. I have no complaints whatsoever. Part of the deal required an annual re-inspection for I think about $50 and that’s probably fine anyway to get your house inspected periodically. Part of the reason is that it’s so much less expensive than it would have been otherwise. I knew that it would cost me more eventually and I think that’s really just to keep their warranty in effect and that’s just fine to me. I think they have a 10-year warranty or something if you have the inspection. The price was certainly right. It was substantially less than it would have been just to hire another termite treatment company outright. I'm all happy

- PATRIOT PEST & TERMITE CONTROLExtremely well. Fast response followed by a thorough inspection to determine where the rat was accessing the attic. The tech then set two traps near the most likely entry points and came back in a few days and removed the rat , He next sealed the entry points so the rat and other pest couldn't get back in. The Tech noticed a hole in the foof tiles and placed a cover over the hole to keep rain out until I could get a roofer out. He also noted other tiles that had been dislodged by a micro burst three day earlier and I noted for the roofer. This extra help to prevent future problems with pests and our roof were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to call Patriot Pest comtol again and are now encouraged to use Angie's List again. We are relatively new to the area and great to have services available when we needed help. Ten days have past and we have had no further pest problems. A senior tech showed up on the second visit and helped with the inspection. Our tech was exceptional and we were impressed with the company program to follow up on our satisfaction of of task well done

"I thought we had termites because I noticed a couple of holes in the wall in the back part of our house. A representative came over and inspected our whole house -- found no evidence of termites. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. There was no charge for the inspection! We will definitely be using their services in the future.

"We were referred to Cowboy Critter Control from friends of ours who had used them for bat issues they'd been having. They raved about the quality of service they received and said that all of their problems had been resolved, and at an unbelievable fair price. Given this information, we had recently been having unusual scorpion activity in our house and I called the owner (Brian) to inquire about getting the house treated. I called him on a Tuesday afternoon and he was at the house by 10 am the next morning. He treated both the inside and outside thoroughly (the treatment also covered ants, centipedes, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, and spiders), explained the process to me thoroughly, and only charged $50.00 for the entire treatment!!! . More importantly, he NEVER tried to up sell additional services or sell me on any long term contract, and was unbelievably professional and overall a genuinely nice guy! We have found our regular exterminator and will not use anybody else but Cowboy Critter Control from this point on!
