This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."
