Poorly. I would not have service back or recommend them. We had the service for the first time on Monday September 24, 2018' my husband called for a deep clean, indicating I wanted the plant shelves and the fans done, and showers bathrooms. Only general cleaning if time permitted and windows were not necessary unless time permits. They did not have to do the office unless time permitted and then only the floor and the plant shelf if they had time. I have just under 3000,sq feet, no carpet, all tile and vacuum frequently, 5 of the 7 rooms had been dusted less than a week ago. I left a note not to do inside the oven as I would set the oven on auto clean, not necessary to dust inside the China closets or do cloths closets I would do that. They did not do them and I did not expect them too. My husband was quoted 150.00 for 2 girls. They did show up on time. My husband reviewed the list I left mentioned above. They immediately went to the windows as " it does not take much time" . They did not completely clean the "because there was "glue" on the outside if the windows. We had the house trim painted a few weeks ago and guess it was from the painters tape. I have 6 plant shelves and the top of 2 kitchen pantries and a 6 foot bookshelf in the game room. They came without a ladder, my husband provided them with one, 2 girls came then a third one came. He was told "the girl in the office did not know what she was talking about" it would be 450.00. Okay.... please be sure to do the plant shelves. I haven't gotten on top of the plant shelves to look. The pots visible have been dusted, on 4 shelves and the kitchen pantry. The living room plant shelves were NEVER even touched. He asked they when they left if they got it and they told him they had. If you turn on the light and look you can see they did not. They are high plant shelves and if they had been honest we would perhaps been able to get a name of a referral who may do it. They did not touch bookshelf in the game room , they partially dusted the leather pool table cover , the metal pot for the plant was never touched, they only indicated to him that they did not do the top of the book shelf in the game room. I have all leather furniture so if they did that it is a simple wipe down. I have a 6 month old lab my husband put outside and a 17 yr old cat. I keep a child's gate in the master bathroom to corner off the cat box from the dog. I change the cat box completely every other day. I use Rover.com for my dog sitting and I just returned from Mexico 2 days before Cheers came so they can vouch for the condition of my home and the ease of the separation gate. The gate was not put back up, it was leaning against the vanity cabinet. Needless to say Max got in the cat box, they never mention to my husband about the gate and never did a walk through with him when they left. Cat litter was all over the master bath floor, AND the dog threw up ALL over the family room floor Monday night. Fortunately he does not appear to have an obstruction from the clumping cat litter or pancreatitis from eating it but I cleaned handfuls of gravel , water and puke all night Monday. I called my dog's vet for what to watch for. I leave early in the am and had sent them an email on Tues am and asked they to call me. I NEVER heard back.

It was good. They were on time and did a good job. They were pleasant and polite. They were sure to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and checked with me to make sure it was alright before they left. I would say it was a good experience.

I would give them an F,however,they did complete most of the work eventually and 2 of the ladies were considerate. I decided to give Cheers one more chance - they'd been recommended by friends & Angie's List and I thought they'd had 'off ' days the other 2 times I'd hired them. I specifically asked on the phone when making the appt (I think I was speaking w the owner) if they still send 4 people since in my experience 3 are more efficient and the customer gets less cleaning time overall with 4 people. I was assured that they now only send 3. Well, the day of the service, 45 mins. late, there were 4 ladies on my doorstep,no apologies,no smiles.The first thing the supervisor said was that they don't clean 'up high', I said that was fine. There are several alcoves that one would need tall ladder to get to and I never expected them to clean there. I'd left out a low (3') step ladder. However, a little later, someone is standing on the decorative marble frontspiece to the fireplace in her street shoes and trying to clean the top of the mantle! I asked her to please step down and leave it. So, apparently 'not cleaning high' mainly means that the top of your refrigerator will be cleaned by you! (I know that no one touches the inside of a fridge, but not the top? That was a first).One lady talked on her cellphone most of the time and very lackadaisically pretended to be cleaning while she wasn't wandering around with nothing to do. NOTE- I advise hiding your toaster before they come over because one woman will take 20 - 30 mins to clean it. I speak and understand Spanish quite well. I overheard some unflattering comments made which I chose to ignore. When I did speak a bit of Spanish to the ladies, the one in charge was very resentful of that;however,she did not understand ENGLISH well enough to translate instructions to the other 3. I was so angry that I called the office about 45 mins into the job and spoke with someone other than the person who had scheduled my job and she said, "put *** (the supervisor) on the phone". I replied that, "*** was busy and I asked that they please discuss the matter on their own time and not mine". Needless to say, they ran over the alloted time and I had to pay extra. I had even vaccumed the entire house earlier that day with my Rainbow vacuum (for allergies) and instructed them that they did not need to vacuum the floors. All past cleaning jobs, WITH vacuuming, were completed on time. I had specifically asked that they please dump their leftover cleaning liquids (from mopping, etc) just outside the low back wall (EASY to do) since we are on septic and avoid dumping chemicals into the plumbing system.The supervisor dumped everything down the toilets and she rinsed the mop IN THE KITCHEN SINK. I had to go over some areas such as the still-dusty corners of the dining room table, after they had left. I signed off on the job only because I wanted them out of my house. On 2nd thought, I am giving them an F.

The crew arrived a bit later than expected, but I had called to confirm and they said they might be late, so I wasn't surprised, just inconvenienced. I had a list of things to do and they seemed to understand, but ended up missing some items and other items got less attention than needed.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. EVERY TIME THEY GET DONE OUR HOUSE LOOKS SPOTLESS. THE LADIES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME AND GET RIGHT TO WORK, AND GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY ANTICIPATED IT TO BE DONE.
