Neil was excellent thru the entire process. Will most definitely use on future projects.

Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. .

Neil even went to The Home Depot to purchase the door and locks after measuring my doorway. He then installed them quickly and professionally. Thanks again Neil . Great job .

If I could give Gilligan remodeling ten stars or more I would. Neil, the owner of the company goes out of his way to provide qualitt customer service. He accompanied us to pick out our tile & counter tops, providing us with feedback on what we might like. He was also able to get us a discounted price on these items, making our remodel all that much affordable. The quality of his work is impeccable, he arrives on time, works a full day & cleans up after himself. Gilligan remodeling absolutely is the best company in Tuscon, if you want quality work at an affordable price, you found it.

Very customer oriented.

Neil is extremely professional, competent, and thorough. He installed a floating wall unit in our Master. Some electrical and wall repair in addition to a complicated assembly of the unit was required. He showed up on time, finished as promised and was meticulous, cleaning up and removing all debris. Reasonable quote and even followed up to make sure the cable company had no problems with the TV hook up he provided. We are very impressed with his work ethic and will hire him in the future as well as recommend him to our friends.

Neil was prompt and professional. He did the work we requested and when he left, everything was clean and neat. I am very pleased with Gilligan Remodeling and would recommend them to my friends.
