These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

"In 2011, my loving husband was diagnosed with ALS, a progressive, neurological, terminal disease for which there is yet no cure. Over time, he lost all mobility in his arms and hands. Last year, he lost the ability to walk. We realized then, that renovating our home - which I had dreamed about doing for years - was no longer a luxury, but a neccessity. Not only was Don professional, friendly and courteous during our interview, we found him also to be quite sympathetic for our situation, which, over time, has proven true and sincere. A good repore matters a lot to me, and thankfully, my better half really liked his ideas. We started with our master bed/bath remodel, and discovered Don's unique talent for creating space where there is none. He added a linen closet in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom -- while somehow creating approximately four extra feet of open space to the combined suite. We were so delighted with the redo -- and his hard-working, awesome staff --that we called them back when we were ready to move on our second project: our very tiny and lack-luster galley kitchen. We needed the center aisle widened to accommodate the new wheelchair. The end result?Beautiful! The room has been transformed into a kitchen Martha Stewart would be proud of. And no more spacial hindrances for Hubby, who can now easily roll in from around the corner to see what's cooking -- now that I am cooking again! A clean, well-lit, colorful, peaceful and spacious atmosphere is the ultimate motivator! CKBR and Don have brought beauty into our home, and that should say it all. Next up? Entryway widenings and french doors, of course!

"The in-store person was unprofessional.  The first thing she said was she did not have time for lunch and had her food sitting on her desk....like we were an inconvenience.  When it came to the design she was not very creative and took offense to the fact that we did not like her design.  We had to "strongly encourage" her to put a design on the computer screen so we could see it.
We decided to go home and think about it.  The next week we returned to the store and the same in-store person was there.  She seemed more personable this time....until another customer with a much larger project came in.  She apologized to the other customer (while working with us on another design) that they would have to wait so long.  From then on she could not wait to get rid of us.  
The estimate for our home office was around $10,000 for a design that was not custom!.  We went to Classy Closets....had an excellent experience...got an almost custom office for about $5000.  Sorry to see Stone Creek was not the place it used to be, at least for us.
