"We had a terrific experience with Marshall Insulation.  They provided us with a quote for the service, and even when they discovered that the old insulation was not exaclty what they had expected and would take them longer than anticipated to remove, they stuck by their quote.  They allowed us to separate the removal of our old insulation and their installation of the new insulation by a week so that we could have all of the wiring in the attic inspected before the new insulation was added.  When we experienced a potential problem (an issue with the alarm system) that we thought they might have caused, they agreed to pay for any necessary repairs.  The problem was not caused by their work.  They did not complain about having to work within the confines of an old house (built in 1936) and the issues that brings.  All in all, I would not hesitate recommending them to others, and in fact have already done so.

"The crew was here early the next morning, on time, and installed the unit very professionally. They cleaned up old wiring and put the unit in in a meticulous way. No loose wires, as before, and everything easy to get to. They went over the operation of the unit completely, including cleaning certain elements to have a more efficient operation. Before leaving, they completely cleaned up the back yard, taking all debris from the installation and the old unit with them. When they left, there was no sign they were there. The next week, the office called, and made an appointment (exactly, as promised) for cleaning and sealing the vents. Again, the crew that came to clean and seal were extremely professional, and the house was left clean. At the end of that appointment, Sean came back out to be sure everything was as promised, and it was. There was nothing left out, there were no promises not kept totally. "In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. So they got it done well in advance and in time to make some adjustments. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."

 After having another company come out to my house I was told that I needed to replace my compressor. I was nearly in shock when I got the estimate. "Brad told me what to expect before he installed radiant barrier on the south and west walls of our shop, he also installed radiant barrier and foam insulation to the roof on our south building. The results dramatically exceeded my expectations. Prior to the radiant barrier we started work at 5am and stopped between noon to 1pm because of heat, after the upgrades one cooler was able to keep the shop at 72 degrees well into July. We increased our productivity, increased the number of hours worked, and did so in comfort. The transformation has been impressive, our building has gone from the least comfortable work environment I have worked in over the past couple decades, into the most comfortable with the radiant barrier and insulation installed."
