The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. "Excellent, as always. Have been a customer of D&H for nearly 20 years. Everyone contacted from the office staff to the technicians are always courteous and professional. The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. Brandon displayed the kind of customer service we expect and appreciate, but in today's business climate is not always the case. "We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so."

"The crew was here early the next morning, on time, and installed the unit very professionally. They cleaned up old wiring and put the unit in in a meticulous way. No loose wires, as before, and everything easy to get to. They went over the operation of the unit completely, including cleaning certain elements to have a more efficient operation. Before leaving, they completely cleaned up the back yard, taking all debris from the installation and the old unit with them. When they left, there was no sign they were there. The next week, the office called, and made an appointment (exactly, as promised) for cleaning and sealing the vents. Again, the crew that came to clean and seal were extremely professional, and the house was left clean. At the end of that appointment, Sean came back out to be sure everything was as promised, and it was. There was nothing left out, there were no promises not kept totally. This company is professional, and the quality of work is fantastic. Oh, by the way, the new unit works so wonderful, and we are Completely Satisfied!"
