The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. "A terrible expereince with SW Gas was made much better with Curtis Plumbing.  Special  kudos to Leonard and Matt!  It was a stressful situation ( with our gas being abruptly shut off by SW Gas) and Leonard and Matt were positive, professional, and knowledgeable.  They both went above and beyond the call of duty ( and you don't see that much anymore in this day).  The owner, Sheryl, was extremely pleasant and helpful, with timely responses either by telephone or with prompt home visits by Leanard or Matt ( on call hours, of course!)
