"Chuck came out and inspected my roof and took pictures and explained what I needed done. He sent me an estimate at what I thought was a fair price. His crew arrived to begin when he said it would. They took off all the tiles, replaced the dry base, replaced the tiles including using some new ones and repaired some facia and skylights. Although the estimate envisioned some potential additional costs --there were none. I would recommend him to anyone!! I would rate him on a scale of one-to-ten as an eleven. The finished product looked terrific!"

"Wildcats Roofing was recommended by a friend who used them in 2016 and I was happy to see them still in business. I had other estimates but they were the best price by quite a bit. They did an excellent job and we only have one comment. Because of Covid we were home but no one called to tell me when the tiles were being delivered (before the actual roofing day) and because this was a second story job that was a special truck that needed our help to position correctly. So I would say a little better communication between everyone would have been nice. Otherwise they followed through with the entire job till we were perfectly satisfied and I highly recommend them!"

"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! "I have no idea how long this roof is going to last......I was told by TWO owners that I would have a 10 year warranty. When I made my last payment, they told me they would not give me a receipt at the time, (never had that happen before) it would be mailed to me along with the warranty. My bad for believing what they told me.......it is a 5 YEAR warranty.....by the 10th year I am paying 90% of the repairs. I could have had a 25 year warranty with shingles. Also I chose this way-more-expensive roofing rather than shingles because I didn't want the mess of taking shingles off (bad experience in the past). Well, little did I know they use the cheapest Styrofoam on the planet.....I had pieces of white styrofoam all over my gravel yard, and I am still finding it. They did come out twice to clean up, but if I wanted a mess I would have gone with shingles at half the cost. They also knew this, and never mentioned this would happen. Also where it rolls over the roof and is attached looks crappy in my opinion. They did try to make it look better but I will have to paint it. Shingles....no. However, on the good side, it does seem to keep my house cooler, as white is the only color they have and it reflects the sun. BUT if the roof only lasts 5 years, well any savings from cooling will not make a difference. I gave them 2 stars because I believe they lied to me about the warranty. So if you do business with them, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY! I guess I just trust people too much."

"LCR was great and I am already planning to hire them again to roof another building. This job involved stripping off the old layers of roofing, checking the roof deck for soundness, installing new ice/water shield and flashing and new underlayment per our demanding county codes, and then applying new architectural shingles. Evelyn was very helpful dropping off shingle sample boards so we could find the right color, and then scheduling the job around COVID-caused uncertainties (supply chain issues and team member illnesses). Then Olin and his crew arrived and did a perfect job - including adding flashing where there should have been some but previously wasn't, and working around and under some tricky overhangs. The job ended up looking terrific, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Couldn't have been more pleased with this crew."
