Andre, the owner, came out right away when we called to do an estimate despite the fact that almost all of the houses in our neighborhood needed roof work after the storm. He gave us an estimate to replace our roof with shingles comparable to what we already had as well as an estimate and recommendation to upgrade to a higher quality shingle that wouldn't blow off in the next storm. The estimate for the UPGRADE came in below our insurance estimate for the lower quality shingles. In the end, his price was so low that he basically covered our deductible. It took some time to actually get the roof replaced due to the sheer number of houses that needed work, but Ameritop kept us in the loop and showed up when they said they would. The crew worked fast and did an excellent job including gluing the shingles down and putting an extra nail in each to prevent them from blowing away in the future. We were happy with their work, but Andre was not. He made them come back out and fix a few more things and clean up debris that we hadn't even noticed. Three years later, we've had several storms since the roof was replaced and have had zero damage to the new roof. It still looks brand new
