Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. "Mark contacted me to meet. His guy got on the roof, found the rotted wood and under lament that was turning to dust. Explained how they put 15 year paper down under 50 year tiles. Roof was built in 2002 (17 years old). Gave me 3 options and the best for me was to redo the under lament of the entire roof so I don't have to worry about this again. He put a temporary patch over the current leak until he could schedule me (about a month out). Called when they were ready and got it done quick. Super Happy!"
