They gave us a quote to recoat and seal our roof and gave us a start and completion date for the project. They included a transferable written warranty for the job. I agreed to their price and on the date agreed (5 weeks out) they arrived on site. The roof project had a problem with my solar tubing (pool) leaking on the roof and they came back at least 4 times to repair the leak even though it was not clear what caused the leak.
