"Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house."

"1. This contractor and his service and installation was a total nightmare. They busted some water pipes under the house by striking the sewer vent pipe on top of the house, driving it down and breaking the supply lines to my bathroom. This action flooded under my house. 2. When it rains hard. Water enters the improper exhaust vents installed from my heater and range hood. Water enters my heating unit and leaks through under the house and onto my stove. Contractor refused to fix a week afterwards, telling me to contact BBB or Roc. He does not return my calls and did not show up for two appointments that were scheduled. Beware of hiring this contractor!"

"When we began our search for a contractor, a friend told us that we have to call Chuck at Equity Property Services. We did go with Chuck, and it was the best decision! We could not be happier with the two bathroom remodels and the updates that they completed throughout the house. The Equity team was above and beyond incredible from start to finish. "Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation.
