"I am responding to this review since I have never received comments like this before. With over 1,600 inspections in the last six years and a rating of 4.93, I perform inspections for clients who dont understand the parameters and guidelines of the inspection process outlined by the Arizona Board of Technical Review. The inspection process is strictly a visual inspection not invasive such as lifting of toilets. The home is 22 years old. An inspection on a Monday does not determine a component failure on Wednesday. We did a walk thru at the completion of my inspection.
