"Rich was wonderful from start to finish. He arrived first thing Monday morning to fix the shower leak. He explained everything, obtained the needed parts and replaced the shower valve. As it turned out, the valve was defective and he returned on another day to replace. One day after the shower leak was repaired, our water heater valve starting leaking. I called Rich and, unbelievably, he was able to come over and replace that valve in a couple hours. Throughout it all, he as friendly, professional and performed high quality work. Responsiveness was incredible. His prices were quite reasonable as well. Could not have been a better experience."

Even on a Saturday he honored the coupon with no additional problems or  prices as other charge. The pipes he replaced below the sink were so reasonable that I could not have purchased them from the hardware store not to mention the installation.
