Charlie was great. The issue I have is with the pricing. Charlie eliminated a leak from the supply side so he wanted to put a camera down the drain pipe outside the kitchen. He discovered that the drain pipe had alot of grease etc in it and thought water may be backing up and leaking onto the stem wall. He offered to do a jet wash and it would be $1080. I did want the pipe cleaned and agreed to have it done. I am currenlty not sure if this will fix the stem wall issue. He was here about an hour on 2 separate days and the total bill was $1300. I know there are equipment costs etc, but wow. Phend plumbing performed the plumbing work on our house back in 2015 when we did a complete re-model. We used Dublin construction and Pete was at our house a few times so I thought it would be good to use Phend again. I remember back then having issues with the kitchen sink. Pete had to come out and re do what the other guy did because he did it wrong. I watched Charlie shove a hose in the drain pipe back and forth for about 15 minutes. I really don't think a service like this should cost over $1000.

Tyler was on-time and very professional. Work was completed within 45 minutes of his arrival. I would hire Phend Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

On Wednesday night (9/15/21) we walked out to our garage and noticed paint bubbling and water running down the baseboard & onto the concrete floor of the garage. We realized there was a leak inside the garage wall. We turned off our water & began calling 24-hour plumbing services. We got a hold of Peter @ Phend Plumbing on Wednesday evening at 9:45pm. Peter scheduled Tyler to come out on Thursday morning. Tyler was very personable, helpful & professional. Tyler explained what he was doing through every step. Obviously he had to cut into our wall and found the leak and repaired it for us. Phend did a great job for us! We are very grateful.

We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues. Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid. You won't be disappointed!

Initially a DIY attempt to replace a leaking toilet shut off valve turned into a Saturday call for plumbing repair. In the course of the DIY stop valve replacement, the original compression nut and ring could not be removed from pipe due to age/corrosion and were showing some wear. After installing the new stop valve but leaving old nut and ring, water was leaking even more - so I had to call in the professionals. Gino from Phend Plumbing was quick to arrive (water was off as well), quick to efficiently complete the repair and most of all the price was wonderful. Received an estimate for future work as well. I was very please with Corey's detection of what could be done to fix our noise problem with the RO unit and he also discovered our hammering issue with our washing machine and replaced the valves. No it seems our home is much quieter and plumbing healthier!!
