He listened to my concerns about placement of the unit, answered all my questions, and gave me instructions on operation. Not that there is much for me to do! Another contractor doing work here on a separate project noticed how well the copper pipe had been installed. All the staff who dealt with the project were personable and knowledgeable and responded in a timely way to my requests and questions. Thank you to all."
