Amazing customer service

All the gentlemen, I’ve interacted with, and the woman named Danny on the phone. I’ve been extremely helpful, and they showed up clean, cut, on time, we’re very professional, and it’s not often probably people want to have their dog run around and play with the plumber, but once everything was done, and it was so nice that, the men mentioned it would be fine if I let my dog out, I didn’t want my dog running in the bathroom, I certainly glad to let him play around and say hi as the guys were so great! I’d like to add specifics to this, and I hope to later, but Jose, thank you for contacting me personally to make sure everything was agreed to upon in advance, and then for your follow through, Danielle, for doing the hard work, and Ernie for keeping it all coordinated and your patience with my schedule! I’ve never met a plumber that I wanted to call a second time, obviously just because no one wants to have to call a plumber again, but I will definitely be calling Jose and Denny to set up. Anything else I need. I hope it’s Ernie and Daniel that are back on the job!
