We had some major under the foundation concrete slab corrosion of piping in our home. EZ flow did a thorough inspection and found the issues. We had some heavy work to do in order to fix: remove shower, tub, punch a hole in the concrete, and dig a hole under the house to expose the plumbing. The EZ Flow Team of Robert, Spencer P and Manny did FANTASTIC WORK! They also left the home in good / clean condition after a 12hr day of hard labor. We appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. Thank you EZ Flow!!

We selected them from Angie’s List after reading the reviews. They responded immediately. Service techs Greg & Jessie are very professional and explained our options. We choose a new unit, and in was installed early the next morning. I would definitely recommend this company and we will call them again for future needs

Richard explained my options as to a repair service call and 3 different priced options for a replacement. I opted for the replacement with a 6 year warranty. The job was explained and done professionally by Richard. I will use EZ FLOW again if needed.

Went poorly, EZ FLow would not give me any indication of the price. They said that the plumber would assess the work, quote the work, and then I could decide then if I wanted it done. The plumber shows up, he quotes me $325 to replace the wax seal. I said, it's one hour and a $20 part, why so much? Mike Cantrell, the plumber, didn't disagree and said that's their fixed price for the job. Why they didn't provide the fixed price over the phone is just poor tactics, they bring a plumber to your home and then overcharge you to have the work done. Needless to say, I sent them packing. Called another local outfit who said it would be $185 and they could be out today. Be cautious of EZ Flow's poor tactics and price gouging.

"Really sorry you were not happy with your service! It is true, we only give a price after a qualified technician has looked, diagnosed, and is sure of the problem and the options to fix the issue. Prices are always given up-front and there is no service fee should you not have the repair done. We offer many coupons on this site and others. We stand behind our prices and stick to them even if the job takes longer. We will not ask for more money after a price is given. We offer longer warranties than most companies and have 100% customer satisfaction guarantee or you don't pay commitment. I can confidently say, that the practice of looking at a problem onsite and doing a proper diagnosis before giving a solution or price is not only ethical, it is best for the customer and company to avoid miscommunications. . Changing a price after we arrive always ends badly. Our dispatcher/CSR is great at her job, just not qualified to give prices over the phone. Every company should be priced for what it costs them to operate. No two companies are alike. We are a professional company committed to our customers and employees. Answering the phones, attracting talented technicians, have quality technicians that customers actually want in their homes, offer benefits, train and educate our employees, keep the lights all contribute to pricing. I'm glad you were able to get your problem resolved with someone you felt comfortable using."

Andy at EZ Flo was PHENOMENAL!! He was so super to work with - you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He did everything as promised for the price promised. He sent me updates on his progress and even juggled his tasks around my painters. Prices were very fair and the work was exceptional. He explained everything in just the right amount of detail and I learned some great stuff about water hardness from him. This is probably the most positive experience I have had with a plumber.

Rich was great. I got a text so I knew he was on his way and he explained to me what happened and what needed to be done. A quote was given before any work was done. It ended up needing to be replaced. He hauled our old one away and installed a new one within a few hours. Very friendly and talked to me about how to care for new one.

Scott runs a great company. He and his staff are very attentive to detail, and very courteous. They wear cloth boots before coming into the home and clean up after their work. He is very accessible via email text, or phone. Scott went out of his way to make sure the job is well done and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Scott Reisack contacted me promptly after reading my review of Aug 22 about the slab leak job. He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because it’ll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really don’t want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job that’s done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. I understand that sometimes an owner of a business cannot control the outcome of the work by his employees.

EZ Flow realized it was simply the sprayer that unhooked and needed to be reconnected. No money was charged for them coming out or even for fixing it! They have all of my rental property's business now (I'm out of state otherwise I would use them personally).

just ok as I learned from a different plumber that not only did the EZ Flow plumber give me incorrect information but the entire system was broken/not working (ven after replacing the filters)

"Hi ...I just noticed you had left a review regarding your RO system. I am the owner and the tech that came out to do the filter change. I'm sorry you had a problem regarding the system!! All we had done was replaced the filters and adjusted the air in the storage tank. System was working fine when I left. We warranty all our work and if you had a problem we would have been more than happy to come and fix it. I'm really not sure what misinformation I gave you regarding the system. I talked with Scott on the phone and got a price. I called back later to schedule the work and they were able to install when I wanted. Showed up in the middle of my time window. Scott did a great job getting thing done quickly, safely and professionally. They only offered one water heater. I was wanting a better option, than the standard heater but that's all he offered. I could've paid more for a longer warranty on it but that's the same heater, not built any better. Very happy with the work they did.

Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs.

The repair involved cutting away sheetrock and repositioning the copper pipe from the pressure relief valve to drain properly. The provider (Scott) also coordinated repair of the sheetrock.
