"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"The staff at Krystal Kleer were amazing! They arrived about 15-20 minutes early and knew all the right questions to ask. After a brief overview of what they would be doing to fix the tank up, they quickly started pulling my fish out and cleaning the tank. They explained everything they would be doing to the tank as well as suggesting some improvements I could make to the tank to improve the flow and make up keep a lot easier on me. They paid attention to the small details that not even I had noticed until they pointed them out to me. All around great service! "Isai was wonderful to work with - prompt to respond, punctual, clear, and pleasant. We had an odd request - needed someone to sand down our concrete water slide and finish it, run a dedicated line from the pool filter, and ensure adequate water running to use the slide. Isai knew just the guy to help. We had difficulties getting everything working, as expected. This project has been a boondoggle. But Adan persisted in finding a solution that we would be happy with, and he did. We finally have a working slide and a working water feature for our pool in time for summer!! They also suggested sealing all of the rocks around our pool, not just the slide, and we're so glad we agreed. Everything looks very professional now. Will definitely hire Isai again."

"Theses guys were amazing! They were really busy and had to fit us in but they did everything we asked for and then some! First they capped the the walls surrounding our front courtyard. Then they used matching pavers to pave it. Then they trimmed all the trees and shrubs and fixed a front garden planter that I had been working on for years but hadn't figured out how to finish. They used oak beams we had in the back yard to create a beautiful garden terrace. We loved that so much that we then hired them to do almost the same thing on one side of our back yard. First they cleaned up an old garden bed and cleaned the whole back yard, trimming everything that needed it. We did not mind at all that we paid extra to get rid of all that extra yard waste - because it cost them extra to dump it. And they made everything look so beautiful and clean! The paver job in the back yard turned out just as great as in the courtyard in front. They even cut pavers to fit perfectly all around the pool pump with all it's parts. Really a fantastic job!"

"I chose them because the pitch man convinced me they were the best and they were $260  while others I called were $300 and adding termite inspection was $325 and his was included in the $260. On Monday morning at 8am of the planned inspection day, we found the 'current' owner had not turned the electricity on thus, the inspection could not take place. We were emailed the bill would be an additional $65 for the trip charge as it was a good 100 miles round trip and our error, not theirs. I felt bad so I accepted the additional charge. There went my saving a buck. Next we were emailed a new appointment day, Thursday at  11am. The inspector arrived Thursday at 8am.  Needless to say, it confused my whole day arriving three hours early. The inspector really did a good job, explaining everything to me so that I understood. Then he presented me with a $325 bill that we had agreed on and I paid. It being early in the morning I wasn't thinking clearly but later I called the business office and said  -  "Since we have an email stating 11am and the inspector showed up at 8am, your mistake, so I should get my $65 back from the trip charge when it was our mistake." The business office wanted nothing to do with that idea. The $65 was for the extra time and mileage, she said. What about the disruption to my schedule showing up at the wrong time. It didn't matter. Every other time I spoke with the woman in the office she was very kind but suddenly she wasn't any more.  Because they strictly wouldn't change the bill when it was their fault and because they are so far away, I will not use this company again.
