The initial introduction to Alan was great. He was very attentive and quick to respond. However, we had a $25K calculation mistake on the measurement of the space to be paved. Alan did give us a discount to help offset the mistake, but it was a mistake that took funds away from additional work planned. The pavers did came out looking great and we decided to give Alan a second chance with phase 2 of the effort. Unfortunately, that is where everything has fallen apart. There was an issue with product delivery that was not properly coordinated and caused an accident. Since then Alan has been unresponsive to calls, unresponsive or slow on text messages, makes a commitment and does not come through. We have given him $7K out an $11K project and we cannot get him to complete the work. I would like to be able to write a better review, but we’re talking about issues that are simple coordination and communication. We certainly expected better. This is a simple job and one we expected to have completed before monsoon season started. This now forces us to take action to make this right.

Alan and his team are the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. Even with a few hiccups in the timeline, they consistently kept in contact and adjusted accordingly. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with them and I can’t recommend them more. They will 100% be the company we reach out to for any landscaping needs.

Alan and his crew did an amazing job! When I reached out about the work I needed done I did not expect such a quick response and turn around time for completion but they were so efficient. Alan and his team were prompt and professional in getting our yard redesign completed. Everything about the whole process was incredibly efficient from quick estimated to thr actual work completed. It is hard to believe the craftsmanship and detail that went into the finished landscaping. Alan and his crew enacted our vision for our yard, while keeping us completely in the loop of every detail of progress. It is hard to believe everything was done in a week from start to finish.

Alan and his crew were great. Easy breezy experience. No hassles. Alan was friendly yet professional. He came and did an estimate on Monday, the price was fair and he had it done by the end of the week on Friday. Nice group of guys, would definitely use them again.

I had the front yard changed from grass to desert landscaping and by far this company was the best and I would highly recommend them for your project. They are a team that worked hard, knew their profession, the owner was professional, always on time, completed the job on time, and listened what I wanted to achieve. They went over and beyond the job and made it better than I thought possible.

Alan and his guys did an excellent job for us. They were fast, professional, clean, and sincerely listened to our questions and concerns. I will use them again in the future.

Theses guys were amazing! They were really busy and had to fit us in but they did everything we asked for and then some! First they capped the the walls surrounding our front courtyard. Then they used matching pavers to pave it. Then they trimmed all the trees and shrubs and fixed a front garden planter that I had been working on for years but hadn't figured out how to finish. They used oak beams we had in the back yard to create a beautiful garden terrace. We loved that so much that we then hired them to do almost the same thing on one side of our back yard. First they cleaned up an old garden bed and cleaned the whole back yard, trimming everything that needed it. We did not mind at all that we paid extra to get rid of all that extra yard waste - because it cost them extra to dump it. And they made everything look so beautiful and clean! The paver job in the back yard turned out just as great as in the courtyard in front. They even cut pavers to fit perfectly all around the pool pump with all it's parts. Really a fantastic job!

Very well. The guys were very clear on what needed to be done and were incredibly diligent. AND they were very respectful to not cause any damage to plants, my home, you name it.

Scam artists. Alan asked me for 50% up front and then stopped returning my calls, texts, etc. When I finally got a hold of him he told me he had already spent the (unearned) money on his house and family and would need 2 weeks to pay me back. 2 weeks later, he's ghosting me. AVOID.

It went well. They did a great job. They were very responsive to any concerns we had. They cleaned up after they were done. Very pleased with outcome.

Alan and his crew were amazing. All were professional and respectful of property. They finished the job on time. Mario's masonry work is superior. The rolling gate works perfectly and is an attractive addition to our yard. Alan was always available for questions and his prices are reasonable. They even repaired other areas of our wall when they noticed cracks, etc. I highly recommend Premier for all of your landscaping needs.

Had a grass yard in a day

$10,000 job. Absolute amateur hour. Good sales man/nice guy butt....... Answered the phone when I called. A lot of empty promises. Totally destroyed my back yard. Didn't show till 10/11am, if he shows at all, left at 12/ 12:30 for a couple of days. Complained about the heat. It was a high of 90 every day he was on my job. Non of my landscape lighting works after his work. Supposed to trench my yard and install 1" 3/4" drip line feeds to my plants, trees and bushes. Nothing was trenched. Most was buried beneath 1/2 of gravel, the rest was literally 1" to 2" ABOVE ground hidden in shrubs. Plants he sold me might have been decent if they weren't left in front of my yard for three/four days with no water in the bed of his trailer. When they were installed HE DIDN'T INSTALL DRIPS to them. Cut my artificial grass to "trench" then replaced. Now its an eye sore/tripping hazard seam. Sold me "top of the line", installed garbage. His "drip system" flooded my yard. Told him about it and he never showed to fix. Thats when fired. Three day job turned into two weeks and didn't finish. Now its going to cost me twice as much to fix what he has destroyed. This is how he left my yard and told me he was all done. Look at pix. This guy has no idea what the $%# he's doing neither does his crew.

Alan and team did such a great job. The place looked beautiful. We highly recommend them.

I had 23 emerald green arboretum planted. Also my front yard was cleaned up and trimmed. It looked wonderful when it was done.

Electrical work was performed to repair electricity to outdoor kitchen. Alan was very professional and his workers did outstanding work.

The initial repair went well. But there was a mysterious problem after the repair and they continued to diagnose the problem until it was solved .

Showed up late.... was in rush to get deposit. Got deposit. Next day was supposed to start at 8am. Showed at 1pm. Ran out of supplies than keep on getting excuses and dates and finally stopped picking my phone. They are FRAUD.

Alan was great. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and he was very nice, helpful, and professional.
