We had a cross-town move and it couldn't have gone any better. They came to the house, did a walk through and quoted a good price. Other moving companies did a quote over the phone. On moving day Joe, John and Ben showed up on time, were friendly and efficient. They wrapped the door frames, laid cover on the floors at both the old and new homes. No damage to the houses furniture or boxes. Overall super satisfied and HIGHLY recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage.ð

Called Monday morning for a Tuesday morning move and they were quick to set up movers. I received a confirmation call the night before the move and a status update call the morning of so I knew when to expect them. From upper management, Jachob saved the day, one phone call and he rushed over to the storage unit to meet ABF, Upak since I wasnâ t near and the facility Storage personnel were no where to be found, Jachob was to the rescue.The crew was awesome as well. Very well organized. Money well spent.

Great from beginning to end. I had to change the day and they were very accommodating. I contacted them multiple times with questions I had and they alway greeted and treated me with respect and kindness.I had a big house with 1/2 going to storage 1/2 going to new home. I was moving from Tempe to Chandler. I lived on the 3rd floor, and Kent, Kent Jr, and John were the movers that loaded up all my boxes. I HIGHLY recommend them for any move. They were so fast and efficient. I was so shocked at how fast they loaded up the truck. They were such hard workers, especially with me living on the 3rd floor with ONLY stairs. They were very professional and hard-working people. I've moved a lot, and this was the only time I was relieved from stress once they moved it so fast. No damage to anything either they padded up and used protective supplies for the move. I will forever recommend it to my family and friends. I will also be using their services any time I move. I can't even explain the stress they took away from me while moving. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER :)

From the time of quote, through the loading, moving/drive time from AZ to OK, to unloading, Gilbert Moving was PERFECT! Jaime gave us the estimate and price didn't change. Saundra & Jacob coordinated the move and kept us posted. Day of the move, Jaime came with 5 company employees - Joshua, Eric, John, Manny, and Armando. They expertly packed and filled the truck. After 2 days drive, Jaime & Joshua unloaded with expert help from 2 guys from a local company. Everyone was very experienced, courteous, helpful, and advised us as needed. I gave everyone a nice tip both days. Would ABSOLUTELY use Gilbert Moving again. My daughter had also used them recently with same results.

If you are llooking to move, this is the company for you! The office staff was great in estimating our move. We had to adjust our move schedule and they were happy to adjust. On move day, the team was early! The guys were fast, efficient, and conscientious. Everything was moved carefully and quickly, placed where I wanted it, and all moving materials were removed so my furniture was ready to go. My bed was set up, so grateful! They did all the work, and I was tired! The move was completed in the estimated time. This despite some extras we added in, such as, oh I forgot about this...can you help? The guys graciously assisted with everything I requested. Thank you so much for making my move so seamless and simple!

There were four movers that each introduced themselves upon arrival and each of them was very polite and professional. They were each very thoughtful and took care with all of my possessions taking care to make sure I was satisfied with how they handled them.
