What a great experience! It's not often that what you picture in your mind becomes a reality, but that's what happened with this fountain project. Because we were not currently living in Arizona, I began working with Doug Horst by email this summer. I sent him a written list of what we wanted for this project, and he went out to our house to see what we were talking about. Then we emailed back and forth with questions and information. When we returned to Arizona this fall, we met again and got his bid, along with several others. Not only was Doug's bid the best, he was absolutely the most interested in doing this project and doing it right. Although the price of the work did not include the actual fountain itself, Doug and his crew went to the fountain "store", picked it up, delivered it to our house and installed it. Doug and his crew are true craftsmen. He has a mason working with him who is amazing. The crew showed up on time, did superior work, cleaned up immaculately, and each person obviously took pride in what he was doing.
