"Five Star Bath Solutions of East Valley (Gilbert, AZ) was awesome to work with starting with customer service/sales, project management, and with the install team. Great product and affordable. Bathroom update included a new layout with walkin shower, new vanity and toilet install; and removal of a wall, tub w/enclosure, vanity, toilet and relocation of some pipes. A new trafficmaster floor was also put in throughout most of parkhome. Agreed upon work was done professionally, quickly and installers were mindful of HOA requirements. Super happy and highly recommend this business!"

"We had a great experience! Michael did an excellent job. He was knowledgable, courteous and accommodating. We had all of our electrical outlets and switches updated, ceiling fans and art lights installed and the electrical circuit breakers in the panel box updated. Michael stayed late to finish the job on each occasion. He cleaned up the small mess after each job. We will have Michael back this spring to do additional exterior lighting. Arizona's Finest was not the cheapest contractor but worth the professionalism and excellent work."

"We are exceptionally pleased with Bolt Electric's work (Matt) installing a ceiling fan on our vaulted ceiling. The fan was assembled, mounted (including light kit) in less than an hour and boxes etc were all hauled away and the work area completely clean. The cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely have Bolt out to our house for any future electrical work."

"Hired West Shore Home to remodel our master bathroom shower. The old one was removed to the studs and a new virgin acrylic shower installed with an upgraded shower head. The work was labor intensive, but the 2 workers I had, Fabian F and J.T. stayed on task the entire time and got done a bit ahead of time. The work was very professional and the finished product actually gave us a few extra inches all around when all was said and done. Highly recommend them for tub or shower remodels."

""Our area loses power often, and our Generac backup has been a game changer. It starts automatically, runs efficiently, and gives us total peace of mind. The technicians who installed it were courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure we knew how everything worked. I highly recommend both the product and the team that installed it. Worth every penny!""

"This was the second plumbing company that had reached out to me on a day that I was having a new washing machine delivered to my home. Please note that I was aware that the valve hookup I had was original to the home (built in 1986). Yet, please understand that two other washers had been installed and replaced during that time. So, to be informed by the installer of this new machine (the day of) that the valves needed to be replaced before installation was a bit of a disappointment and was an inconvenience. And I let them know that. Unfortunately, they didn’t care which is why I am not going to name who the retailer was who sold me the washing machine. Nevertheless, the valve problem had to be solved right away and it was Trevor from Patrick Riley, LLC who came to the rescue. More on my experience with him later… But first, I spoke to Michael in dispatch. I asked him a series of questions about the company, including it’s history as I had seen the trucks in my neighborhood over the past few months. Ironically, I had also went to high school with a guy by the name, Patrick Riley, in central California, so the name was easy to remember. Michael was able to schedule a plumber within an hour of my call. I was informed that the plumber would come to the home, assess the issue, give me a quote, and at that point I could either accept the offer or not. No obligation. So, Trevor the plumber stops by almost a half hour after calling my number. And he did exactly what Michael had described that he would do. Trevor was also kind enough to check out another plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom tub drain. Initially, I declined the offer. However, in thinking that I could possibly have the washing machine re-delivered to my home, later that day; I then accepted the offer and Trevor promptly went to work on replacing the valves. I also have to note that Trevor needed to cut a rectangle into the wall to inspect the pipes attached to the old valves to make sure there was no leakage in the old pipes. Overall, I would say that although it was a slight inconvenience, it was a positive experience with Patrick Riley, LLC. In all, I paid $500 plus for the service and to me it was well worth it."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Wood stove fans are designed to operate quietly, emitting only a subtle hum from their motor. This low noise level ensures minimal disruption in your living space, allowing you to enjoy the warmth without distraction. The fan blades, which are engineered for efficient air circulation, contribute to the overall quiet operation. This makes wood stove fans a practical choice for maintaining a peaceful environment while effectively distributing heat throughout your room or home.

You can easily clean an electric fan by wiping it with a damp cloth, all-purpose cleaner, or mild detergent. Ensure the fan is not plugged in or turned on while you’re cleaning it. Also, try to keep liquids out of the motor, which can lead to damage.

Yes, you can oil an electric fan with machine or motor oil but don’t use cooking oil because it can become thick or seize up, damaging the fan. Before oiling your fan, turn it off and remove any dust and debris. Wipe away any excess lubricant after oiling.

Most ceiling fans have a lifespan of anywhere from five to 15 years or 10 years on average. Just how long your ceiling fan lasts depends on the quality of the parts, how much it’s used, and how well you maintain it. A fan with a weak motor that runs on the medium setting nonstop is likely to have a shorter lifespan compared to a fan with a powerful motor that runs on the slowest setting for air circulation.

Whole-house fans cost significantly less to run than a window AC unit. You'll pay an average of $0.01 and $0.05 per hour to run a whole-house fan compared to $0.06 to $0.88 per hour for the cost to run a window AC, depending on its size and the size of your home. They also use far less electricity than traditional central AC units.
