"Margaret contacted me very quickly and sounded very informed about HVAC systems, asking detailed questions to give the technician the best idea of the problem before they arrived. I had a burning smell coming from my vents inside and outside of my house. This was concerning so she made sure that I was scheduled right away, same day, within an hour of my inquiry. Jose showed and within 2 minutes he had an idea of what it was and as soon as he climbed down from the attic, he showed me photographs of my burn out, seized up blower motor. The exact issue he had thought it would be. He has a rough idea of what the fix would cost but said the office would send me an invoice with the exact estimate. They didâ ¦ in minutes! "Richies Heating, and Cooling Company, Emery Heating, Cooling Solar, Llc, was highly recommended by Scott my friend. They came over the next day in 95 degree weather, worked very hard, and finished it the same day. They replaced the unit, installed the thermostat, electrical unit, had to climb up into the attic in the hot weather replaced the insulation , drain pipe and duct work , etc. The house is cool, and I highly recommend them.!!"
