They were VERY thorough on the initial visit - spending 2 hours with me. "Richies Heating, and Cooling Company, Emery Heating, Cooling Solar, Llc, was highly recommended by Scott my friend. They came over the next day in 95 degree weather, worked very hard, and finished it the same day. They replaced the unit, installed the thermostat, electrical unit, had to climb up into the attic in the hot weather replaced the insulation , drain pipe and duct work , etc. The house is cool, and I highly recommend them.!!"

"Arrived within 2 hours of my desperate plea for help, my ac was blowing HOT air. He found a wire burnt from it being loose. He explained that today's service call and diagnostic time would be about 290 dollars ( Sunday afternoon) He explained to me that his company offers a maintenance thing where he checks and cleans my unit twice a year.
