Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
