Rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. As written by another client this guy comes across pleasant at first but quickly goes very dark, mean, and unresponsive. I complained within 2 days about an obnoxious smell coming into my house. He pretended not to notice the smell and said it hadn't happened before at his other jobs. Well this odor continued over the next 3 days all the while he ignored my texts. When I told him the smell continued to come from the showers, he couldn't imagine why. He finally came over, acknowledged the vile smell, and claimed it was because of some low water level in my vanity. This wasn't the issue at all. It was a low water level in the pipes in the showers. Once I turned the water on in each shower for about 10 minutes, the smell was extinguished. He didn't fix the issue, I did. Note, he never explained these sewer fumes were highly toxic. Sites online suggest I should've left the house until repaired. He's the plumber and should know this serious problem. It was his constant texts and phone calls that were annoying at first. My annoyance continued with the occurrence explained above and the fact he badgered me constantly about writing a good review. His prices for emergency repairs reflect him taking advantage of the situation. He also provides no receipts for his work and associated fees. I'm still on my search for a competent plumber who is responsive and reliable. I'd look elsewhere.

"Good day, thank you for such wonderful review.. keep in mind that slandering without any evidence is a crime: you mentioned I was unprofessional, non responsive to your text and other things.. I did responded to your text messages, I did responded kindly to your calls, even pushed the camera to locate any issues with the drains and showed you the film, after doing research in your home: found a vent valve under the sink, i replaced the valve free of charge and asked you via text days after if there were any smells and you mentioned on a text that everything was perfect. Now I read this review and it got me confused about your attitude and men"

Albert Frias is a real professional, and knows his business. We were very impressed with his knowledge, how to solve our problem, he did it quickly and his price was reasonable. First time using Frias, and I can only apologize for not giving this review sooner. Albert was the first to reply on a bad weekend, and I was as usual a bit skeptical about new people to work with. Albert proved to be an excellent, quick, fair plumber.I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family, I already have!

Albert was very prompt to estimate the job we needed. He was very reasonable and also helped us save money by rethinking how the job should be done rather than the more needlessly expensive way other plumbers had quoted us to do the exact same job, Albert was called out on an emergency job so his original schedule had to be adjusted but he kept us informed and showed up ready to go after having been out on an emergency job since early that morning. His demeanor was very pleasant, he seems to truly care about giving great customer service and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends.

We were in need of a plumber and though Albert was on his way home at the end of a long workday, including being called out at 3:00am, he responded immediately. He quickly got to work shoveling gravel and earth to locate a leak in the water supply pipe to the house. True to his word Albert was here before 8 AM the next morning with the parts to fix the problem. He was polite, courteous and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

Do not do business with this man. His name is Albert and he comes across extremely nice knowing you're in a desperate situation. I paid for a video camera snake for my clogged drain and after he was finished he left without giving me the camera or showing me. When I called him right after he left he said he would get it to me when he got home. After begging him for 2 days he said that the video was corrupted so I stopped payment on his check. Then he started harassing and threatening me and I told him I would pay him if he could produce the video for my insurance company. He sent me a YouTube video of my drain but little did I know that it was dated 2012. Not only did I pay him, I also paid his return check fee that he never even got. One week later I called him back because the drain was clogged again and he told me to call someone else and refused to honor his 30-day warranty. So now I am out a whole bunch of money with a video of somebody Else's sewer that he did in 2012 and I still have a clogged drain. He is very very unprofessional and scared me multiple times. This is a warning for all women. I have no choice but to sue him and take him to court. I will include Angies List for recommending. I have saved all of his text messages and can prove everything I am reporting. Do not do business with this man

Fortunately, most people know me and they know my personality, thanks for this review. Also, if you pay attention to the video, it is your roof and your home, although the video was dated in 2012 it does not mean it was recorded on such date I just overlooked to update the date in the camera."

I will recommend this company for honest, quick, and really good service. Albert delivered great work as he really knows what he is doing. In a short amount of time he got rid of our almost a month long clogged drainage issues. In addition to this, he had people that worked for him (landscaping fixture after necessary digging was done) that really did the job as quickly as possible and put back the original landscaping to look as if nothing was done underneath the excavated area. Albert came on a Sunday morning, and handled our situation very well. It ended up being a bigger problem than we thought and ended up being there for 4 hours. He drove a long distance and took care of my issue. He was very helpful and gave me good advice!
