"I bought a big deal and waited for a few days for a response to the days I selected to have the job done. I selected days a week out and waited a couple days to be told what worked. After 3 business days I still hadn't heard anything and called the company. They promptly got back to me and we figured a day out to make it happen. There seemed to be some confusion between Angies List communicating to them. I would advise future prospects to call the company after purchasing a big deal to confirm everything and avoid confusion.
