John is the best in the business (in my limited experience). He game my job one-on-one attention, followed up with me several times, and kept and eye on the crew as they worked. Plus, he was friendly and understanding. The price was somewhat higher than others who bid; but next time I need roofing work in Memphis, I'll be calling Chase Inspections.

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. I just needed a section of my roof repaired and there was no attempt to up sell me on a new roof…just professional advice on the repair I needed. Through no fault of theirs, there was a mismatch in the shingle color. As it was due to rain soon, Chase roof recommended they complete the mismatched installation and would come back and make it right. As soon as the weather cleared, they came back and corrected the problem at their expense. I give this company my highest recommendation! When it’s time for a new roof, I will give them our business. 5+ stars!

Don't do good work haven't completed the job wasn't very nice when I complain

John quoted a price and told me it would be about 2 weeks before work began. materials were delivered and work commenced on schedule. Sabas and his crew were friendly and engaged with us to ensure we were pleased with the work being done. They did a decent cleanup before leaving. We did have one minor glitch which was Sabas followed up to ensure it was corrected. I will gladly recommend Chase Roofing Inspections to any one who needs roof work done.

John knew how to cover all points and answered questions quickly. He made a fast sale and assured us that the job would be done within a weeks time, now scheduled for next Tuesday.

I received a complete roof inspection with a detailed report including pictures of everything that is included in a complete roof replacement. The deposit has been paid and I am looking forward to having a new roof soon.

When you find someone whose work is excellent, you want to tell everyone you can. John is that guy! I used John about 8 years ago to replace my roof. From the time John came out to inspect the roof until the project was completely finished, John was easy to work with. John did everything he promised and the roof looked great when finished. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again. I am in the home design business and he always responds quickly when I have a question or job for him. I ask for gray shingles but received black charcoal, 2 months later on 6/13/2020 I needed a repair and they could match up the color because they used discontinue shingles that is no longer available. They did not replace the rotten decking that was in the contract. Found out about the rotten decking from going into the attic after the repair and found out that they had not did what they were paid to do. Also found out they did not install the Ice and water membrane in the valley as stated in the contract. Did not properly flash the fireplace chimney as they were paid to do so. Have given them 3 attempt to properly fix the chimney and still leaking as of today. If only you could see the photos. They also busted decking boards that was in good condition before they did the roof and didnt let me known about it. Was a total rip off.

Definitely pleased with the quality of our roof replacement and it looks great! John, Sabas, and crew are very profession, they took great care in removing the old roofing material, installing the new roof, and with their detailed clear-up. John returned all my calls and emails during our decision process, answered all my questions regarding product quality, warranties, drip edges, ice and water shield, roofing underlayment, and the unknown.... roof decking replacement. His proposal was priced very fair as we received other estimates. John was not inconvenienced as others were, when I asked to have sent to me, his contractor license and proof of insurance (a standard practice). We have had multiple major home projects completed at our home; some by contractors and many DIY. This is our retirement home so we only want quality and John and his crew delivered. We are pleased and we believe you will be also if Chase Roof Inspections is your roofing contractor.

Currently have a leak that has soaked through to the interior ceiling as of June 2. I called to report. Asked the contractor to come and take care of the outside problem before it caused further damage to the ceiling. I was told it is not going to rain. They did not schedule a time to come and fix the problem. Still waiting for a response.

John and his crew were always up front and honest with us. The crew did a wonderful job and we have had many complements on our roof. We only had a couple of minor problems, which were taken care of immediately after I talked to John about them. I highly recommend Chase Roof Inspections

Fast job and it looks awesome

John was fantastic to work with. He was responsive and also arranged for other contractors who did some exterior wood repair and gutters. Remarkably his crew did the complete shingle replacement in one day. Would definitely recommend Chase Roof Inspections for anyone needing their shingles replaced.
