"Detached garage converted to mother in law suite. Dennis and Valory are wonderful, communication was great and our project manager Greg did a splendid job. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. They turned an old dusty garage into a beautiful little living space. I could not be happier! Thank you!"

"Crew was great. I waited almost a month past the project completion to give an honest review that didn’t include the excitement of the job being done. It looks great, meets every need we had and I’d gladly have these guys back."

"The company was very responsive and quick to estimate and schedule. The man arrived on time and with everything he needed to complete he job. We will definitely h.ire them again"

"They replaced my existing wood deck with Trex Composite, added a pergola, added deck railing with horizontal stainless steel cables, and replaced the wood steps on my back patio with Trex Composite. The work was high quality and the end product looked great."

"I had heard about Double Downs work from a friend and had heard they did great work but they exceeded my expectations by a mile. They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough! Excellent work! Thanks again Double Down!"

"After a quick and painless estimate and a 2 week wait for the insurance check, O'Franco Roofing was on the job bright and early. They worked dawn to dusk for three days. By the end of the third day all the debris was cleaned up and the roof has never looked better. I highly recommend O'Franco Roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs. I will be a return customer from now on."

"Tom was very eager to help and to make the job the best he could for the amount of money I had to work with. Overall they do a pretty good job. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."

"The Johnson Brothers worked on a condominium deck repair / rebuild project where I live. As a board member of the POA, I delt directly with the Johnson Brothers in the project. The Johnson Brothers meet with our board members right away and took the time to survey our properties with us and hear our concerns. Since our repairs involved a deck between top floor and bottom floor owners, it was fairly complex. But the Johnson Brothers were very familiar with the structural issues we were facing. Their repair plan worked very well. They did a great job of communicating with us on start date, progress reports, any issues that came up. Their work was very thorough, they fixed the problems, and our decks are as good as new - likely even better than new."

"Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again."
