Excellent people and the work was done on time and on budget. They exceeded my expectations and Randy is great at letting you know the schedule and when everything will be done. I had a leak which included foundation repair, sheetrock repair, replacing the hardwood floor, trimming down some doors, laying new vapor barrier under my house and regrouting a shower. The hardwood matches exactly and I could not be more pleased with the Johnson Brothers. They came highly recommended to me by a large foundation company in the area that could not work on my old house since my crawl space was not tall enough. They told me that there are alot of people that say they do foundation work, and some may be cheaper, but if you want someone that knows what they are doing call the Johnson Brothers. I totally agree!

Worst company I ever used. They are wires and all they do is fight and cuss on the job the whole time then want to sit around and talk about God. The word is no good and the workmanship is worse. I've known Randy for years he used to do good work but now he hurt his shoulder and he's trying to retire and he's been ripping people off for about a year now from the worst contractors ever met, but boy does he have a slick tongue just like Satan, but lies come out of it

"The [Member Name Removed] agree to job quote. They did not sign the quote, but told me they want work done. I accept their word. They told pick the new doors and all trim style. As each phase of the job was complete Mr [Member Name Removed] approved the work. We also bought out several sub- contractors to house to bid on several phase of remodel the entire house. They had some issue with doors and we agree work them to take of the issue. Me and Mr. [Member Name Removed] spent may hours talking and laughing. Deck and Porch Service
The Johnson Brothers worked on a condominium deck repair / rebuild project where I live. As a board member of the POA, I delt directly with the Johnson Brothers in the project. The Johnson Brothers meet with our board members right away and took the time to survey our properties with us and hear our concerns. Since our repairs involved a deck between top floor and bottom floor owners, it was fairly complex. But the Johnson Brothers were very familiar with the structural issues we were facing. Their repair plan worked very well. They did a great job of communicating with us on start date, progress reports, any issues that came up. Their work was very thorough, they fixed the problems, and our decks are as good as new - likely even better than new.

We are very pleased with the work that was completed by Randy Johnson and his brothers Construction Company. When needed he called back right away. I have no complaints. We had drywall work, paint, carpet, vanities installed, ceilings scraped, faucets installed. The workers were friendly and thorough. Even found a water leak and rotted lumber in the wall, Johnson Brothers took care of it without delay. And didn’t charge more for the repair, thankful for this company. I would call on them again if needed. I would recommend them again and again. I didn’t have to find subcontractors, they were very efficient.

Do yourself a big favor and stay away from the Johnson Brothers Construction Company. Their sub-contractors are good but the brothers work is terrible from start to finish. You have to stay on them constantly because they try to cut corners on quality. They’re over priced, the work is sub-standard, they don’t put in a full days work ever, they fight with each other constantly loudly, and they will lie to get you to pay for things they originally agreed to throw in as free. If you do work with them get everything in writing, don’t take anything by phone calls alone, and they will claim they’re no good at texting. They will use that against you. Don’t fall for that! They’re super nice in the beginning but DON’T fall for it, but better yet don’t work with them. Save your money and heart ache and find a better company to work with! Our roof is still sagging.

"We ask for review on all stages of the project, we never had any negative respond. The repairs in project was itemized in stage and pricing. There picture of the gap between the ceiling and molding. This repair was scope of work of the drywall sub contractor It is our understand the homeowner and Drywall agreed that we should do repair, but it was not in our scope of repairs. Our pricing is done by on the job hours of repairs, material cost, office hours and percent of over head. Yes we get in to heavy discuss when working, so that the work is done excellent and satisfaction the homeowner. After roof repair was done the the homeowner express cheer and happiness. Some of sub-contractor had upcharges as the scope was increased by homeowner, we did not have any up charges in our scope of repairs. Yes, I am sure that the home owner will respond that I am presenting false narrative. Please after reading all this stuff. Please read our other reviews"

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. Randy and the Johnson Brothers were great! re-routing water can be a tricky thing, but bottom line they got the job done. They added a sump pump, mastic water barrier, and a concrete water barrier. Their costs reasonable, and when Randy tells you he guarantees his work he means it. Randy called after a hard rain to check to see if the water had stopped entering the basement, and when I told him that it didn't his team came back 3 times to ensure that it was corrected. That basement is dry as a bone now! They are good old boys that you can trust and that's hard to find! Thanks again!!

We met with several contractors and Randy and the rest of Johnson Brothers struck us as the most knowledgeable, so we went with them and we are very glad we did. We hired them for a big job, replacing a patio that runs the entire length of our house as well as a tearing out and rebuilding a collapsing retaining wall and creating a whole new drainage system (french drain behind the wall and more under the patio). Our patio was basically un-usable because the drainage situation was so bad, it was constantly a pool of water and the concrete had totally eroded. They came out very quickly once we first got in touch with them to check the job out and give us a quote, then after we hired them, we waited for about a month or so until they could finish their other projects and start ours. Randy kept calling me during that waiting time to check in and let me know the ETA for how it was looking on when they would get started and I really appreciated that. Once they began, I was shocked how quickly they worked and completed the job. They were here with a team almost every weekday for about a month to get the whole project done but I thought it was going to take twice that long with how big of a job it was. Randy was always in great communication, with either me or my husband, and whenever a question came up, he always asked us before he moved forward with any detail we had not previously discussed, which I really appreciated - no surprises at all. We are enjoying our new patio so much and know we will for many years. The retaining wall is beautiful too and we cant wait to landscape now. We will call Johnson Brothers again the next time we need help with a big project.

Foundation Repair, Drain Pipe Installation
French drain had to be dug, hole was at least 5 feet deep on the side of my house (at the top of the slope and got shallower the farther down you went). Randy Johnson's crew spread thick water-proofing (tar-like stuff) all along the block fondation of my home as well as on the inside all along the foundation where the water was entering my home. A nice, sturdy drain pipe was added and the hole was filled back up. A more powerful sump pump was hooked up that automatically turns on and off and it was dug down deeper along the foundation of the home in the crawl space to catch the water and pump it out quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. Randy and his crew were always on time and professional. Randy guaranteed his work and has called me numerous times after a heavy rain to check on our house and see if we're still staying dry. There was some slight moisture on one occasion and Randy brought his crew back over to add a little more water-proofing in the corner where the moisture was found. Randy and his crew may be a little more expensive than others; but, his guarantee of 100% satisfaction on his work is worth the extra money. Some contractors are all talk; but, Randy truly holds true to his word.

OVER 8 YEARS AGO WE HAD A BID FROM THE JOHNSON BROS AS WELL AS ANOTHER COMPANY...WE WENT WITH THE OTHER COMPANY...THE WORK WAS NOT DONE WELL...WE REPEATEDLY CALLED THEM BACK WHICH WAS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. NOW YEARS LATER WE HAD WORK DONE AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WE DID USE THE JOHNSON BROS...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND OTHER ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED ALSO...I WOULD HAVE SAVED THOUSANDS IF I CHOOSE THEM YEARS AGO ...LESSON LEARNED...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE JOHNSON BROTHERS ON ANY PIER AND BEAM ISSUES...AND BY THE WAY EVEN AFTER SO MANY YEARS THEY STILL HAD THE ORIGINAL DRAWING OF MY HOUSE...MANY THANKS TO RANDY AND HIS TEAM

After seeking bids from four companies, Johnson Brothers came in with the best bid for the job. But in this case it was the best bid because only two were willing to bid. The other bidder jacked the price up. Granted it was a small job that two companies were not even willing to bid on. Both of those companies pointed us to Johnson Brothers. We had to wait a little longer to get our job done on their busy schedule but it was worth it. They earned my trust and respect.

The crew seemed very thorough, and the work was done quickly and professionally. We got at least one other estimate & bid that was significantly lower, but seemed like it would be a cheaper "quick fix." Johnson Brothers built us two new piers, raised the house, and installed a new girder beneath the subfloor running the length of the house. The project is done and we are currently very pleased.

They showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job as agreed. They installed new piers and support beams under the house and jacked it back up to original elevation. The sheet rock cracks closed up, and the doors work again! Thank God somebody does this difficult and unique job. This is the second time I have needed them, on different houses, and they did great work at a very fair price!

One thing to note is Johnson Brothers is a small company and thus they give unyielding attention to the client they are currently working with. This can be frustrating to those waiting but when it is your time in the spotlight boy do they shine. Not only did they tear down the deck in the rain, they placed footers in that you can set a house on, and after all of that the built the deck out about a foot past the described labor because it was the right thing to do. The door shocked us the most because this could be the one place the contractor could really take advantage of the customer. Well not the Johnson Brothers, Dean and Danny examined the door and once again went above and beyond to repair the damage, this time for good. Shockingly the work was on budget, on time, and exceeded our expectations. If you want someone honest, local, and refreshingly nice to deal with give them a call, Randy will be happy to bring you into their family of clients! I will use them again for any job that is above me and thanks to his partnerships even those jobs not in their scope. If you do call, again do not be alarmed if you wait a bit for your turn....believe me it is worth it. Thank you all so very much for taking care of us, without us having to watch you like hawks. It is so dang nice to find a contractor that is not just after a quick buck! See you all again soon!
