O’Franco Roofing & Remodeling

After a quick and painless estimate and a 2 week wait for the insurance check, O'Franco Roofing was on the job bright and early. They worked dawn to dusk for three days. By the end of the third day all the debris was cleaned up and the roof has never looked better. I highly recommend O'Franco Roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs. I will be a return customer from now on.

After months of delays with another roofing company, we switched to O’Franco, and Edwin showed up within an hour to schedule the work. It was completed in a few days, once the shingles were available and delivered (Covid delay). Edwin was friendly and communicated clearly in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very positive transaction.

Owner and crew were courteous, professional, answered all my questions...quality of work was excellent..took care of the small details to include a thorough clean up..owner came by at the conclusion of work to check the quality..he worked with my insurance company as well..a definite must hire for your roofing needs

Edwin and his crew did a fantastic job. From start to finish they were attentive, making sure we were happy with the choice of shingles and paying great attention to detail. They even cleaned our drive and trimmed our bushes (which had got dried out during the job). I highly recommend O Franco

What can I say about Edwin? He was a pleasure to work with and made sure that all our needs were met. To my eye, he and his crew did a fine job. Two guys went right to work on the roof. By 2:00 they were done. I won't know how good they did till it rains.

None of the other companies I contacted could schedule the job for weeks. Some did not call back, or show up to give an estimate when they said they would. Edwin at O'Franco came by when he said he would; provided a firm estimate and installed the gutters within a few days. Looks great. They did an excellent job for a fair price and showed up when they said they would. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

So happy we found O’Franco Roofing! In 3 days our hail-damaged roof was removed, re-felted, and impact resistant Malarkey shingles were installed, all finishing details attended to, magnet used to find stray nails...and I would not have known they had been there, except our roof is absolutely beautiful! Very professional, fast, thorough, and quote was in line with another we sourced. No surprises. VERY satisfied!

Edwin was super helpful and was able to do the necessary repairs to soffit and fascia damage done by squirrels. They upgraded my vent to a ridge vent and did a really nice job and cleanup
