Dennis with Condor was a joy to work with. Very concencious & hard working . Made sure I was completely happy with the job. He stayed on top of it and let me know everything that was going to take place. If I had any concerns he addressed them in a timely manner. I would hire him again! I also had him build a car port for me, very satisfied!!!

Detached garage converted to mother in law suite. Dennis and Valory are wonderful, communication was great and our project manager Greg did a splendid job. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. They turned an old dusty garage into a beautiful little living space. I could not be happier! Thank you!

From the start Dennis was very engaging and detailed on the project. Condor and his crews delivered perfect on our vision. Being new to the area it was such a pleasure to have the high level of communication and commitment to the project! Start to finish took a little longer than expected due to several things out of their control, but again communication and positive attitude Dennis maintained make the set backs seamless! Condor was very fast, efficient and did a great job. The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. We needed many varied items completed throughout the house including light fixture replacements, closets built out, painting the interior, tiling a walk in shower, remodel bathrooms, etc. Very nice work and were able to accommodate our tight timeline to support completion prior to family arriving.

Dennis and crew were professional and thorough. The project was complicated because the polycarbonate roof panels can't be walked on and they require special fasteners and connectors, but the crew figured out how to proceed and completed the job quickly. We were impressed with their attention to details and are very happy with their work. The new roof looks wonderful!

Most contractors didn't want the complicated project of re-roofing our greenhouse/pool room, but Dennis and his crew at Condor G.C. took it on and did a fantastic job. They started quickly and completed the job faster than expected. Dennis kept us updated on when to expect the crew, and they worked efficiently and professionally. The polycarbonate roof panels are not load-bearing and require specific connectors and special handling. The crew worked to get the details right, and our new roof looks beautiful both inside and outside. We are very happy with their work!

The price was where I estimated it and finished on time. The crew was very detailed and professional. The foreman communicated very promptly. Dennis managed all our expectations, timing, and questions perfectly. Best contractor I've hired out of the 3 remodeling projects I've done and will be the only contractor going forward on the future remodeling projects.

It was a very good service. They did everything on my checklist with no complaints whatsoever. They did an excellent job finishing complicated things I needed to get done. They did a beautiful job putting in windows and doors. The price was very reasonable. It was less than I expected.

Dennis's team came out right away and gave an estimate that was lower than the others we had gotten. They started work one day later. The unit they installed was a quality 3 1/2 ton Lennox system. They did the complete install in one day, just in time before the hot weather hit! And the workers never even had to come inside the house (if you are concerned about Covid19 risk). We will use them again for our next project!

All said and done they did an excellent job and I am very please with the final results. The project did take an extra week to complete however, I am glad they took their time to make sure it was done right rather than rush to hit a deadline. We had several floor joists in desperate need of repair and reinforcement and they are now solid as a rock. The shower and tile work was absolutely perfect. We love our new bathroom!!!

Work was done as contracted and on a timely basis. I would use them again and have. The only reason for the B rating on quality is for site clean up after job.

Dennis repaired all the rotten siding, including leaks in our roof, replaced a rotten door with a slider and repaired our front door. The water issues in our sun room were substantial, requiring replacement of all the wood siding, resealing of the skylight and masonry work. The whole job was finished off with fresh paint to match our existing paint. Dennis and his guys were fantastic! They did great work, were punctual and very conscientious. Dennis wasn’t happy until we were happy. We are very pleased with the work and plan to have him back next spring for the next round of renovations.

Overall they did a good job. I called over the weekend and talked to them on Saturday. He sent me an estimate and I agreed to have him come out on Monday. He did the courtesy of telling me he was running late which I appreciated. The price was good and they got the job done promptly. I am satisfied with everything so far and I would hire them again.
