"Detached garage converted to mother in law suite. Dennis and Valory are wonderful, communication was great and our project manager Greg did a splendid job. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. They turned an old dusty garage into a beautiful little living space. I could not be happier! Thank you!"

"I contacted JM Roofing and several contractors via HomeAdvisor and I got a response back the next day from Noah of JM Roof. Noah and Gavin showed up the next day for roof inspection. Everything went great after we got approval from my insurance for a new roof and gutters. The roofing and gutter crews showed up early and started to work right away. Noah and Archie were very professional and customer oriented with the whole process. Definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter replacement. Great jobs and keep up the good works. Kenny N"

The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
