Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. Their repair plan worked very well. They did a great job of communicating with us on start date, progress reports, any issues that came up. Their work was very thorough, they fixed the problems, and our decks are as good as new - likely even better than new."
