"The installation was ok with the exception of the wiring entry point into my garage. The pvc pipe was installed half way up the wall. Cosmetically, it does not look well at all. The entry should have been kept low to the ground. The installation was done in early winter so the lawn reconditioning was scheduled ti be done in the spring. However, I paid for services last year. I have called tri- country several times to finish my yard. I must hire someone else to level the mounds and fill in the low spots because I recently had back surgery. I have already purchased the dirt, which was additional expense. Other potential customers need know how this company treat its customers. I will be doing a BBB complaint also."

Well it rained for days so we rescheduled for this past Tuesday. Never showed up, I called, sent a text that if I had gotten the date wrong I was sorry. NEVER HEARD THE FIRST THING FROM HIM. Liquid aeration products are generally safe for pets and children when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once the liquid has dried on the lawn, it poses minimal risk. However, as a precaution, keep pets and children off the treated area until it has dried completely, which usually takes a few hours. This helps ensure their safety while allowing the product to work effectively in improving your lawn's health.

Lawn aeration and dethatching are meant to solve the same problem, loosening up compacted soil so that the root systems can grow and receive more water, oxygen, and nutrients. Aeration is the gentler option and often the preferable one. Dethatching completely tears out the thatch layer of the lawn and can inadvertently yank out healthy grass if done incorrectly. Aeration loosens the soil and only removes small cores of it.

To prepare your lawn for core aeration, water it the day before you aerate. (Alternatively, you can wait until it rains and aerate the following day.) Aerating after watering or a rainy day will make the process easier since you can penetrate moist soil better than dry soil. You should also flag your sprinklers so that you don’t accidentally hit them while aerating. If you have a lot of thatch buildup in your yard, you might need to dethatch your lawn before aerating as well.
