L. A. at Ray Lusk Plumbing is the best service technician I’ve ever dealt with. Besides being knowledgeable and diagnosing my plumbing issues quickly, he was friendly and explained complex problems in terms that I could easily understand. Ray Lusk Plumbing has amazing customer service and has always come to my aid when plumbing problems arise. Good value and great service.

My instant hot water quit working, so I called Ray Lusk plumbing. They came out and the charge was $330. Two days later it didn’t work and they came out and the bill was $2,374 and was not told the charge until they came to door to be paid .. Two days later the hot water quit working and they came out and said the gas regulator was defective. This is a water heater that they put in less than two years ago, and although covered by warranty, they told me it was my responsibility to file any warranty claim and get the part, or I could pay them another $1,400 for a new water heater.. So, for about $4,000, in one week, I could have hot water, which I don’t. This company is should be avoided!!

Some ports needed replacing

Excellent....came on the same day of request and was able to come 90 minutes earlier. This was a big help because the water was running at a high flow... it had been running for at least 3 hours..??? He was very professional and wore a mask. Greatly appreciate the young lady that took my request for service,,, I think she heard the panic in my voice and could hear the water running. Lifesaver because they lowered my blood pressure ??? I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family & friends. Thanks so much, ???

We were able to determine that we had the wrong adapter for connecting the device to the faucet. The representative was very responsive and respectful and communicating the situation. I would highly recommend using Ray Lusk plumbing based on my experience.

Great explained everything well

It was disorganized in the beginning. They were supposed to come between 10am and 12pm, but they had a cancellation so they arrived around 8:15. I am the only person allowed to pay vendors, and I do not arrive until 9. After looking at the sink, the plumber said the sink could burst at any moment, so a coworker approved service on the sink. It felt like fear-mongering. The plumber tightened some bolts underneath the sink, but after he left, my coworker was able to move the faucet. The plumber then asked for payment, my coworker said he did not have the authorization to pay him. My coworker said when I arrived at 9am, I could pay him with a credit card, or he could leave an invoice and receive payment that way. The plumber seemed irritated and walked out. (then don't come earlier than planned and make my coworker uncomfortable??) Another plumber came later in the morning, while I was there. He called the first plumber to follow up on his comment that the pipes could burst at any moment, he didn't see anything to indicate that was the case. The first plumber said he did not say that. Communication was disorganized, but the second plumber was thorough and showed me what he had done, and what the next steps would be if the repair did not hold/if our clients loosen the faucet in the future. The project was completed, just with some extra steps in the middle.

They did very well. I thought it was a little pricey as the old sink was out but they do good work and were here quickly. I would recommend them. I've had them here for other job and they do cost a little more but I think they are worth it.

Well. He located the problem and fixed it.

He was on time and did an awesome job.. he check for leaks and rechecked before he left..cleaned up the little bit of a mess he had made...did an outstanding job.. Very pprofessional and friendly...

It went very well. They offered different options for placement and they did the work. Very well done.

They were quick to answer and quick to get here for an estimate. Then they were able to get here 3 days sooner than we expected. Got here on time, did a good job and the price was lower than the estimate that was given. The plumber was professional and courteous to my daughter who was here when the work was done. He went over and above what he had to do. The work was done quicker than we expected, as well.

Fortunately, there was a cancellation on the day we contacted Ray Lusk Plumbing so their technician came out in just a few hours. He worked very hard, using a snake to clear the clogged drain line. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up after himself. That's how Plumbing services should operate. GOOD JOB!

A contractor punctured one of our irrigation lines. I called Ray Lusk Plumbing at 8:00 am and they had a crew out by 2:00 pm that afternoon. Zak and Isaac were tasked with the repair. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They made me aware of the repair cost before conducting any work. Zak and Issac did a fabulous job in repairing my irrigation line. Once the repair was complete they tested the line and found another issue, which they promptly repaired after leaving to pick up the part. Additionally, I greatly appreciated Zak and Issac's gracious and considerate demeanor. I have a three-year-old son who is very curious and helpful. Zak and Issac were very engaging and took the time to show him what they were doing with the repair. In no way was this required but these small acts of kindness really meant a lot to me and my son. Zak and Issac are first class and should be commended for their work and customer service (kindness). I will happily call Ray Lusk Plumbing for future repairs.

He immediately identified the problem, resolved the issue, and explained it all clearly.

Plumber arrived after promised arrival window. Was in a hurry to get the job done quickly so he could go home. My toilet was leaking underneath so I had him reseat the toilet. After he left I noticed the toilet rocked front to back when it hadn't before. A couple of weeks later it began leaking again. Either he didn't bolt it down to the floor properly or incorrectly installed the wax seal. Also, I had to argue on the price because he said his computer wanted to charge a different rate than what I was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. I even tipped him because he got it done so fast! Little did I realize he was just rushing and was sloppy. I will have to pay someone else to get this done and I will not hire this company again.
