"We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."

"Hired them originally to widen my driveway in order to park 2 cars side by side. They did a great job with it. But that’s where the nightmare begins. They did such a great job I decided to have them go ahead and redo the rest of the driveway. I’ve never had more regret in my life. The jobs were only one week apart. The first huge red flag was the lines in driveway were completely different from the pour one week before. I can’t even fathom why they wouldn’t align them to match. Next they busted quite a few places in the extension of the driveway poured less than a week ago with the excavator and made zero attempt to fix them!! If those two things aren’t bad enough, THE TWO POURS ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING!!! They look like two complete different kinds of concrete!! I was finally able to convince the owners to even come take a look only after threatening to take them to court. As you would imagine at this point it was nothing but excuses on the concrete manufacturer. They “attempted” to make things right by sending the crew back out to use light duty concrete cleaner on the newer portion but of course that did absolutely nothing and I haven’t heard from them since. Payed right under 10k for both jobs. Going to be a couple grand for my lawyer but hopefully I recoup some of it."

"I had contacted another electrician that had sent one electrician who decided the entire breaker box and the problem circuit both needed to be replaced for a quoted $1700. I called A-C Electric for a second opinion since we were not prepared to spend that amount of money at the current time. They sent two electricians (Brian Sigler and trainee Deion Kerr) who moved one breaker in the box and detached a portion of the problem circuit that was "hot" from any power, leaving the significant part of the circuit on for a total of $170.00, which was only $20 more than the price the other electrician charged us for his service call without a solution to the problem. I will definitely go back to A-C when we are ready to have more major electrical work done."

"The work began the first Wednesday in October 2020 as promised. It was completed 2 days later. I was please, however 2 weeks later I noticed a bubble or separation in the middle, ceiling panel. I called and spoke to John Maclin, John instructed the installer, Hunter to inspect the ceiling. Hunter sent his employee out to inspect the issue. The employee suggested to reinstall the roof. The employee suggested making some sort of adjustment first by using a 2x4 as a brace. This contact with the employee was made over 30 days ago. I’m still waiting on a resolution. "Absolutely shoddy work. The installation team asked me to sign work completion even though the lock mechanism readily comes out, the screen door doesn’t fit properly in the sliders so it only fits sometimes, but comes out EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to open and close it. And the screen door doesn’t fit properly to lock most of the times when we get it into place. I was nice and signed off since they said they would have their team come out to fix the issues within the next few days since it was late. On top of that, I asked their team (who spoke broken English at best) to leave the expensive, custom French Doors they replaced because I had intended to use them for the new front doors. They took the French Doors. As if that wasn’t enough to ruin everything… I left my cell number for the call back on the work order, they called my wife’s cell to ask what the issues were, she didn’t know so they asked if it was okay to close the ticket without reviewing the issues. On top of everything else, they sent us plenty of files on care and use of their windows, but nothing on how to do anything with storm doors. Avoid these over priced “professionals” at all costs."
