"I sincerely apologize for the bad experience. We strive to provide excellent service for every call in every situation. Unfortunately, your washer requires additional repairs over what was done and you declined to continue. When we spoke I offered to provide free installation if you decided to purchase a new unit as further repairs to the washer are very expensive and you tole me you will just continue to use it as is. Scratched floor was not mentioned. Contact me to resolve. Thanks"
