Called before arriving for appointment. I had to wait from September 19 to October 9 to have the glass installed do to them ordering it. Double pane side window, outside pane only. The installation was clean and done in 20 minutes. I would recommend this company.

Very pleasant to deal with. The only glitch was that their original measurements were wrong so when they came to install the glass, it didn't fit so they had to do it over. They did that quickly & professionally, and were back within a few days.
