It didn't. We requested and received an estimate, which we promptly agreed to. That was 6 months ago and have heard nothing since. I requested an update several times, and have not heard anything.

It did not go. I was promised an estimate via email within 24 hours. I never got that estimate.

We called for an estimate. Tracy came out and talked to us and saw the extent of the job. He said he would email us an estimate that evening or the next day. He didn't, but we weren't concerned. We waited two weeks, and then called the office. We explained the situation, and the lady said she would get him to contact us in the next day or so. It has been over 2 months with no further word. We tried to be understanding, especially since we had AWT do gutters a few years ago and got excellent work and service. We are frustrated. This job still isn't done. We are looking for others now. A phone call to explain would have gone a long ways. I guess that they don't need business.

The work was never done. My complaint is that someone came to my home on 23 October 2019, took pictures and we discussed exactly what I wanted done. I was told that they would give me a couple of estimates to choose from, which I agreed. Well, after not hearing from anyone, on Nov1, I called the person who came out to my home asking for the estimate. He told me I would have them by the weekend, never received them. And still haven’t heard from this contractor. This is very poor service. If they were too busy or didn’t want the job, they should have informed me of that. I don’t appreciate him coming out taking photos of my home and then never getting back in contact with me reference the work I wanted done.

The staff at AWT were extremely professional and the quality of work was great! Angel and here team did a wonderful job. AWT consistently communicated with me and kept me informed from quote to completion, and their price was very reasonable. The recommendation from Craig made the patio look so much better than what I had in mind. Prior to contacting AWT, I received an initial quote from a competitor that was $3470 more, and when I told them that was ridiculous, they immediately modified it, but it was still $1460 more. There is a small issue with the screen not fully closing, I contacted AWT and they told m they would have Angel to stop by to take a look at it. I highly recommend this company!

Instead of sending someone to do the $49 service they sent a guy to look at the roof and provide an estimate for new roof. This is the norm for this deal according to the guy that came and people have been complaining it is bait & switch. He came on a Monday and said he'd email the estimate by Wednesday and send the man to do the $49 job by Wednesday. I never heard from him again and never got the estimate he promised by email. After almost 2 weeks with no action, I called the company and told them I no longer wanted to do business with them and to cancel my request for the $49 deal. If they can't be faithful in little things, should they be trusted? I think they must have sold too many of the deals. They should also tell people when making the appt that the estimate guy would be coming first before any actual work gets done. I would have been quite angry if I'd missed work or made special arrangements to be home.

We inform all of our customers when scheduling the appointment that a technician will come out to look at the roof to ensure that the necessary repairs will be covered under the claimed deal and that an appointment will be made by the technician for the roofer to perform the repairs. We regret the misunderstanding and hope to hear from you for any future repair needs you may have."

I submitted an inquiry online and Wayne came out and did an estimate the same week. We picked our color and two weeks later the workers were here doing the work. It was only supposed to take 3 days, but it ended up taking about 8 days. The quality of the material is great and it looks like they knew what they were doing I hope this last for so many years. I am amazed at how it looked before versus how my home looks now. I will be using them in future for other home decor in the future.

This was not the first time I have used AWT construction. They repaired a roof that was poorly installed before I purchased my house. I had water pouring into one room in my house, and the leak was also causing problems in other areas as well. AWT is extremely reliable and the estimate I was given prior to the start of work was pretty much what I paid. When I decide to have further work in my home, I would use AWT without hesitation. Since they repaired the roof on my home I have not had any further problems with leaks.

We got a quote from them, but we went with another vendor. We know the people from AWT sort of, and we know they do good quality work. We had two houses being done, and we went with the lower quote. They were fine. Come in with an better number. I would suspect the quote took twenty four hours. They came and did the measurements, and provided the estimate the next day. We were not home when they came for the measurements.

Horrible!! Didn't get a detailed written contract even though I kept asking. Staff didn't show up, when they did they just did a small job and left. Too many people involved in the proyect. They hired the painters they met in my house to do the dry wall which by the way was sloppy. They recycled old and used materials, they used the old insulation, they left debris all over and in my garage. They broke the window and I had to buy a new one. They left me without a roof and it rained so hard my mud room garage were wet. I had to call at 11:00 pm so someone could come and place a tarp on the open area. They were supposed to turn the existing laundry into a shelved pantry but they didn't. I cried so many times. The only person who would try to help was Mr Ashley, he would show up even though he knew a was upset because of the way things were going. I know they took advantage of me.

They were good. I liked their price, service, their dependability. If you call them and find something wrong, they sent somebody immediately out. They didn't wait 2-3 days. They were punctual in everything that they did.

Everyone at AWT was great. This was not the first time that I have used them. I had water pouring into a light fixture due to a poorly installed roof. Wayne had the roof looked at and the very next day it was repaired. The workers were very polite. The next time I need some work done I will contact Wayne without hesitation.

Decided to put vinyl siding on entire house. The siding is beautiful and professionally installed. All the termite and water damage was fixed within the budget. Crew as great and easy to work with. Highly recommended

The job went GREAT! They started the job ahead of schedule and also finished ahead of schedule. I am very satisfied with their work. When I need something else done, I will defiantly call AWT Construction. The cost of the job was very reasonable. If you want a good job done at a fair price, call AWT Construction.

A person came out for an initial quote, then never delivered the promised bid. I called 3 weeks later for an update and received an email stating the quote was delayed due to pending information. 3 weeks and 2 more unanswered emails later...still no follow up. I guess business is so good that they don't have to bid.
