When the tech contacted me the next day, he said the part would have to be ordered and not be in until late Thurs, with installation now sooner than Fri. The tech then told us on Fri morning that the part wouldn't be in until Monday. Our area was under a heat advisory, and at no time did the tech display any sense of urgency, nor did they attempt to obtain the part from any other supplier in the greater Bham area. Extremely poor communication, planning, and service. I will NEVER use Ontime again."

The work was completed in a single day and I am highly satisfied with it. He even accommodated a last minute request to update the lighting fixtures in our garage."
