Arrived right on time, installed our TV above the fireplace - and not a wire in sight. Afterwards they cleaned everything up and were gone. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

They arrived a few minutes before scheduled time for service and were very courteous and handled themselves in a professional manner. There work was second to. One and when the job was finished the had cleaned all work areas and left no mess. I would use them every time I need something to be done and would thouroughly recommend them to anyone.

He went straight to work and explained the process to us as he went. He was through a lot quicker than I expected and once he finished he cleaned up and left after explaining how to change out different tvs. I will definitely use SAVI for any future work.

Well, from a TV in a box that was a gift to a remote in my hand watching my new 55" Smart TV connected to WiFi and all my electronic gadgets was an awesome experience! The guys were professional, had all the tools they needed (can't stand for a repairman to have to leave to get parts and tools) totally prepared for everything. These guys even hauled off my old broken TV for me because the thrift store was on their way to their next appointment! Now don't expect them to do that for you but it was such a bonus because I didn't have any way of getting rid of it and all the boxing of the new TV. They left everything cleaned up and neat and handed me the remote and showed me how to use it! I couldn't say more nice things about these guys!
