When as expected.

Superior Plumbing did a nice job with their video plumbing camera. I was able to see what was going on with our septic plumbing lines. The plumber hesitated when I asked him to put the plumbing camera down the other basement line where we had a leak out into our hallway with hardwood floors, but he did go ahead and do it after I pressed the issue; plus we were paying for that service and time. I did not like feeling pressured to go ahead and clean the septic plumbing line while they were there. We should have received a better discount since we are Angie's List members, and they did not have to make another trip out to clean the line. He snaked the plumbing septic line out but said that he could not get 100% out. After thinking on this, I wonder why he did not offer to go through the septic tank line to get the remainder out. The septic lines have not backed up again which is good. They seemed like nice plumbers.

Wow!! Fantastic work done by Robert and Michael of Superior Plumbing. They were extremely proficient and proffessional with the work required. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was a satisfied customer. I can not thank these guys enough for the hard work they put in. The cost was very reasonable and would highly recomend these guys to anyone needing a plumbing service. Great work done by great people!! Will definitely use them again!!

Got exterior spigot capped (fixed) along with capping another and replacing two Tigers. Also fixed leaking toilet , two dripping fawcets, and a leaking sink drain. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and straightforward with solutions, prices, and estimates of future plumbing needs. They were the opposte of high pressure sales people, focusing instead on the actual problems and their solutions. Their pricing was less than any other estimates i received. The entire event left me with hope that there are still reputable professionals out there.

Superior Plumbing did an excellent job of completing several installations and repairs for me at a very fair price. I’ve used other plumbers and had much less work done for the price I paid on this job. In addition to providing quality service, they also excelled in customer care attitude and in communication with me from initial contact through scheduling and while in my home. Can’t go wrong using them.

They were at my house when they said they would be. Very Professional and did a good job assessing the problem and fixing it. Will defiantly call them should we need a plumber again.

Fast and efficient

They found a split several feet long in the black plastic pipe which was installed 40 years ago and replaced it with the best piping on the market. They also installed back flow valve in line at the meter.

It was an excellent experience from the initial call through the repair. Everyone was courteous. Technicians arrived on time and were polite and professional. Work was resolved very quickly.

Did a very good job, very professional. Made an effort to try to move my water valves closer to the washing machine, but it just was not feasible. He originally put the valves on incorrectly, with the hot valve on the right side. When we noticed this, he went back in and fixed the problem without my asking. He said that he wanted the job to be done right. Was a little more expensive than we thought it would be, but we think that is just plumbing in general.

Very well. we had two separate service calls and two separate representatives from this company came out. They were on time, friendly and upfront about the cost which was reasonable and included the new toilet, installation of the new toilet , haul off of old toilet and repair of leaky faucet. I would definitely recommend.

Went well, professional, timely

Robert provided a clear upfront quote of $350 over the phone to replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time with a courtesy reminder in advance. He finished the job in about an hour and was very pleasant and professional. I thought the price was perhaps a little high, but I had a hard time getting clear quotes over the phone from anyone else. The price included the new disposal. All in all, I have no complaints and am happy to have the job done with the confidence that the work is backed up by a professional. I would definitely use this plumber again for any plumbing issues.

Answered the call immediately and scheduled same day service since it involved an elderly resident. I wanted to get my father a higher toilet so it was easier for him to use. Robert came out and installed a nice Kohler toilet, even helped get the last of the groceries inside as we arrived at the same time. He phoned ahead of appointment and arrived in the window and completed the removal and replacement of the toilet within about an hour and a half. Highly recommend!

They have always done very well with my plumbing work, they are honest. It must been good because I have been using them ever since. They are very good on everything. I would tell a friend that they are very dependable and they are honest. They won't do anything that you don't need.
