Called when on the way as requested. Arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, neatly, cleaned up as requested. We also used them at our new house in January of 2016 and had the same good experience.

This company went far beyond what they had to and all of them were so nice. They discovered when opening my septic tank it was totally full of roots and limbs and that it was not draining at all. This resulted in having to replace a good amount of the pipes. I thought their price was more than fair.

Very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Jason tested the pump and float to ensure what needed replacing. I also decided to have the main septic tank pumped, since they were already on site. Punctual and called ahead as promised so I could meet him at the house.

They were very professional and courteous. They came out on Monday to give me an estimate and then came back the next morning to do the work. I've been in the house since 1986 and had never had a reason to locate the septic tank, so it took a bit to uncover/discover just where it was. After locating and uncovering the tank they dug the new trenches to lay the new drain. Once that was done and the trenches covered the cleaning truck began there work. It took quite a while for them to drain it, as it was full to the TOP. This is the first time to my knowledge it has ever been cleaned out, so that would be at least 31 years. Thanks so much for all the help and completing the job so quickly and efficiently.

The initial quote was excellent but when the installer stated if it wasn't deep enough it wasn't his fault, it concerned me, but the install itself was trouble free and appears to be a good job. The plumber has not hooked up yet.

I was hoping that just a tank cleaning would fix the issue but it did not. The problem was first diagnosed as a clogged header line from the tank to the field lines which was scheduled for the end of the next week. When the team came and dug up the header line to replace it, it was discovered that the field lines were also clogged and also needed to be replaced. Which was again scheduled for the next week because of inspection requirements. I was not charged anything when it was determined that I also need field lines. All work was completed in a professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Reliable Septic Service :)

Although on the first visit the tank could not be found, once the plumber located it, Reliable's crew come back in right on time to uncover it, clean the tank, cover it back up and smooth the dirt pile so that it doesn't look unsightly while it resettles. The entire crew (and Christy on the telephone) was very professional, courteous, expert and efficient. They honored the Angie's List discount to what was already a very competitive quote. The difference is remarkable between Reliable and the motley crew who last cleaned the other tank. I've already noted my calendar to call Reliable when it is time to clean the other tank again in a couple of years.

Reliable Septic did a very good job. We were happy they came out and did the free assessment and came back out within a few days to clean out the septic tank.
