It would not be an exaggeration to say that Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning gave me the most thorough service Iâ ve received in those 26 years. They not only performed the seasonal maintenance on my unit, but discovered and remedied additional problems. They even corrected mistakes made by previous contractors which could have led to a malfunction of my unit in the future. (One example: I had been dealing with a condensation problem in my air handler and Shane Gipson explained why it was happening and fixed it immediately. By the way, the condensation was caused by the omission of an important step which another companyâ s rep had not bothered to return my call on, much less offer to remedy.) Shane Gipsonâ s knowledge and expertise was surpassed only by his willingness to go above and beyond what he initially came to do. And he patiently answered all my questions (I had many).
