Price of the part was far less than I expected and the labor cost was as well. I was particularly impressed that even though the owner of the company was having surgery that very time, they put my lack of heat as a priority and honored the appointment---even though they could have rescheduled. An excellent company doing business in a more than "fair" way; I would call them "customer-centric" and even "self-sacrificial"---and that is not hype. I recommend them above all other HVAC companies local or franchise (I have been ripped off by several of them, so I think I have a basis for this claim)."
