My first time to call. Called 0800, he said he would be here right before lunch. Arrived at 1130 and problem solved ,with parts on truck, by 1230. As nice a guy as you would ever meet. My new go to folks for heating and a/c.

Very quickly diagnosed my furnace's problem and had the part onboard their truck, which was impressive to me because it's a mobile home furnace. Price of the part was far less than I expected and the labor cost was as well. I was particularly impressed that even though the owner of the company was having surgery that very time, they put my lack of heat as a priority and honored the appointment---even though they could have rescheduled. An excellent company doing business in a more than "fair" way; I would call them "customer-centric" and even "self-sacrificial"---and that is not hype. I recommend them above all other HVAC companies local or franchise (I have been ripped off by several of them, so I think I have a basis for this claim).
