They even corrected mistakes made by previous contractors which could have led to a malfunction of my unit in the future. (One example: I had been dealing with a condensation problem in my air handler and Shane Gipson explained why it was happening and fixed it immediately. By the way, the condensation was caused by the omission of an important step which another companyâ s rep had not bothered to return my call on, much less offer to remedy.) Shane Gipsonâ s knowledge and expertise was surpassed only by his willingness to go above and beyond what he initially came to do. And he patiently answered all my questions (I had many). I urge you to give Gipson Heating & Air a call when you next need maintenance work or repair on your heating/air unit, no matter the brand. You will not be disappointed.
