Price of the part was far less than I expected and the labor cost was as well. By the way, the condensation was caused by the omission of an important step which another companyâ s rep had not bothered to return my call on, much less offer to remedy.) Shane Gipsonâ s knowledge and expertise was surpassed only by his willingness to go above and beyond what he initially came to do. And he patiently answered all my questions (I had many).
